I don’t think that amount of chicken poop will harm the grass. I raised meat chickens (broilers) and one time I used a tractor that was a little smaller than yours. It was during the winter so the grass was dormant. I had 50 chickens but only did half of them in the tractor. In just a few days those chicks laid down an unbelievable layer of poop and I was afraid it was going to burn the grass. That following summer the spots where I had put the tractor was the most lush dark green grass I had ever seen in my life! Just make sure to spread out the poop because I just had a few rectangles of dark green grass and it looked real funny.
