I've lost 20 lb in the last 2 months and I am in torment. I am not letting go of this... I am going to fight tooth and nail until I am delivered.
Between attempts, I started thinking about her and missing her and wanted to go and try and reconcile with her. But I realize if I was to go do that she would only greet me with anger and viciousness. Then the subsequent events play doubt in my mind how they might go. And it broke me to see how I might respond in anger and pain. I dared not accept those thoughts into my mind and dropped on my knees before Jesus and asked him to deliver me from those thoughts and that I do not accept them into my spirit or my heart. I need help badly. I've been on and off with this person for 4 years and he not only is a manipulator he lies and cheats and even when he's been caught he will still lie about it. I had to go to the extreme and contact the women on his phone and let them know that he's seeing me and other women. I left him and six months later he came back around apologizing and what not. Hi, I'm glad you feel better. If you declared it and have faith, then it is broken. But, it can re-establish itself through our actions. These include giving into lustful thoughts about the individual and sexual contact. Repeat the prayer it as often as you feel the need to but also try to review your thought life and begin to challenge any unhelpful thoughts and ideas that lead you back to old ways, and replace them with new declarations.
