  • Leave a like if you agreed with the judge in this court hearing! 👍
In this fiery court hearing, a deadbeat dad went full sovereign citizen mode, trying every nonsensical tactic to dodge paying child support. The guy rambled about "natural law" and "not recognizing the court's authority," leaving everyone scratching their heads. The judge, clearly unimpressed, shut him down at every turn and openly called out his idiocy. As the dad’s ranting spiraled out of control, he looked more unhinged with every word. Watching him self-destruct while trying to sound smart was equal parts cringe and comedy gold!

He has a point there, actually.
Government cannot require you to go to a for-profit business of their choosing, and pay them money.
These drug testing and paternity testing agencies are "chosen" by the government, in exchange for kickbacks.
Then they court order citizens, to give them money. It's super dirty. It's corruption.
Also, it's all done with the aim of getting "matching funds" from the federal government, via title IV-d.
When a mother/family applies for public assistance in Michigan, they first require her to kick dad out of the house and put a child support case on him. So that they can PROFIT from the federal government. It's pretty horrible.
Search something like "title iv-d matching funds" if you don't believe me. It's a really sad and corrupt way to make money, at the expense of the children.

  • @harrymittleman1989

This fellow, like almost every sovereign citizen whose court appearance is on RUclips, tells the judge that “under the constitution, there are only two types of jurisdiction: common law or admiralty [the law of the sea]. Which one of those two types of jurisdiction does this court intend to try me under?”
This is a fallacious argument. It is such a well known and obvious fallacy that it has its own name in studies of logic: the false dilemma fallacy. The false dilemma fallacy occurs when someone misrepresents an issue by offering only two options when more exist. For example, suppose I tell a man I haven’t met before that there are only two types of men-married men and bachelors-and ask him to specify which of these two possibilities applies to him. This is a false question because there is a third possibility that is being ignored: the man could be a widower.
Saying that there are only two types of jurisdiction under the U.S. Constitution, common law or admiralty, and demanding that the court choose one or the other is a false question because there is a third source of jurisdiction (statutory law) and even a fourth source of jurisdiction (administrative agency rule making). Only by starting with the patently false premise that common law and admiralty are the sole possible sources of jurisdiction can one then draw the erroneous - indeed laughable - conclusion that courts lack jurisdiction to adjudicate violations of statutory law. Of course the courts have jurisdiction to do just that.

I'm yet to see anyone explain WHY the govt "puts money in a secret account"
I understand they think the govt sells your future labour to foreign govts, but why would they do that and then not spend the money? Why go to all that effort just to leave the money sitting in everyone's secret accounts?

He’s spouting nonsense. It’s word salad along with sovereign word salad. This has never, ever worked, ask Darrell Brooks.

Ooooh! He's there by special _divine_ appearance. That is arrogance typically reserved for heads of state.

It's really sad that his child will watch this someday! And realize he's just trying to weasel out of paying child support and being there for them!

The long drawn out "ummmmm" every couple of words and the absolute massacre of "coercion" as "cohershun" and that he says "affadavin" in place of "affadavit" makes this just painful to listen to.

Add in that he does't know that an axe is a tool you use to chop wood and it's almost unbearable. Every time he told the judge he was there to axe the court was worse than nails on a chalkboard.

He sure has a lot of nerve to talk this be in the very important court. Especially about this issue. I’d be ashamed and embarrassed!!!

You didn't play the ending of the proceedings. The judge grovel at the feet of the Sovereign and submit to his superior lawyering. The judge granted him everything he asked for and 1 million dollars in gold buillion so he won't lose his judgeship. 😂

I find it strange that a woman can unilaterally decide to abort the pregnancy without asking the father, but the Man has no choice if the mother decides to have the baby.
Why can't men abort our financial responsibilities unilaterally too?

Hes still doesn't get what a court of appeals is.
Representing denied motions as "ignored" is deceptive.
It's up to him to prove he is not the father, and there's only one way to do that.
Sovcits won't pay for car crash damages OR pay for kids created with their generously donated DNA.
