Generally latency refers to the difference in time between striking a string and when the attack of the the note emerges from the device. What your video shows is the responsiveness lag between pressing a foot switch and the preset changing.

thanks for the clarification, I understood that it was the answer between the preset change and the cuts that could occur, Because with the nux you can delay the effects so that when you make preset changes it has a tail and you don't feel the cuts.
