Aku kenal sambal ini gara2 makan makan mie instan sambal matah sekali .blm pernah makan yg asli sambal.enak bener ,aku ga terlalu suka pedes.cuma sayang cari lg mie instan rasa sambal matah susah disini.pernah order online ancur semua mie nya .tak coba ini resepnya ,kl pake coconut oil lbh enak

Sebenernya sambel matah itu pakai swdikit trasi bakar atau engak yaa...n thx yy sudah share rahasia yg banyak orang luar bali ngak ngerti. Yaitu diremas pakai tangan sampai keluar sedikit air dari bawangnya. Itu kuncian bgt agar rasanya khas bali

Kak Novi, maaf, aku boleh tanya 3 pertanyaan ini?
1. Kalo mau lebih pedas, boleh gak aku masukin juga biji dari cabai rawit nya?
2. Ada resep sambal matah di tempat lain, mereka pakai terasi tapi kalau di Bali sendiri, apakah secara tradisional, terasi itu lumrah di gunakan di sambal matah?
3. Sama seperti pertanyaan #2, secara tradisional di Bali, apakah minyak kelapa nya itu di panaskan atau tidak sebelum di campur?
Matur suksma, kak untuk video nya dan maaf buat pertanyaan pertanyaan di atas tapi aku cuma percaya sama orang Bali untuk buat sambal tradisional Balinese.

1, klo mau lebih pedas boleh dimasukin biji cabenya dan sebaiknya pake cabe rawit semua (klo suka lebih pedas )
2. iya klo di bali terasi lumrah digunakan pada sambal matah, kebetulan pas saya buat video ini saya kepengin taste nya lebih light jadi saya gak isiin terasi
3.tergantung selara, biasanya saya buat saya gak panasin ,Tapi klo saya di daerah dingin baru saya panasin, krn minyak kelapa kan cepat padat, 😊

Just me this based on your recipe. We had this in Kuta, Bali with crispy chicken and rice. My wife didn't trust the smell of it, turned out they put also some terasi in it.

You can keep them for 2 to 4 hours, and also best to mix it just before you served 😊

Buk, kalau yg asli bali minyaknya ga digoreng dulu ya atau dituang panas2 gitu?
Lavenia Jocom aslinya kita pake minyak yang tidak di goreng (suhu ruangan ) , tapi klo mbak tinggal di daerah bersuhu dingin pastinga minyak kelapa akan memadat , sebaiknya dipanaskan dulu sampai cair lalu tunggu sampai hangat baru dituang ke sambalnya 😊

Our coconut oil here in the UK is solid and only becomes liquid when heating.
Is there another oil I could use?

Mine was too watery…. I could not find Kafir lime fruit so just regular American lime was used. I think I mixed to much and got too much water out of the shallots. How long does it last in the fridge, please?
Hi there it last for 1 day in the fridge, you can trying to take some water out from the Sambal as well 😊

Can we substitute coconut oil with other type of oil?
I think coconut oil has a certain smell.

Aslinya gak di panaskan, tapi Klo mau dipanaskan silahkan sesuai selera masing masing 😊
