Macho Man: “Oh, yeah!” 😂
Hannibal, thank you for capturing these stories for posterity. It's great to hear it from the source.
Jacques really nice guy dynamite kid is nothing but a dirty rotten bully that got his comeuppance.
I only ever come to Hannibal now to see the wrestling news or interviews as this is the best channel by far on RUclips.
Well done Hannibal keep up the good work
Yeah. Hail The Fabulous Rougeau Brothers !!! 👍👍
Came off looking pretty honest and genuine. Doesn't try to paint himself as a tough guy, doesn't claim he could have beaten DK in a fair fight.
Multiple stories of DK being a bully,he got what was coming to him.
They're All-American boys! Loved the Rougeau's.
Dynamite had it coming . Good for you Jacques, Awesome work Man .
It's easy to tell Jaques and the Rougeau Brothers had a shitload of class and The Dynamite Kid and the Bulldogs had none...
Good for Jauque. That's how you handle a bully by cracking him right in the mouth.
good for Jack Roojo guy..your right pal.....bully a bully pal...
@@IshoDominatesLuciferAndGoetia what's wrong with people? Rougeau fanboys? They I'd rather get sucker-slapped then sucker-punched with an object - with all his might and all his weight by his own admission. NEITHER of them acted honorably. It was Dynamite though who met them face to face repeatedly - it was Jacque who tried to take him out with one punch - and by their own admission, when he didn't go down, but actually came at them, they RAN.
@@smartasianfriend9940 so in your opinion Jacques should have kept beating dynamite after knocking out his teeth? Do as much damage as possible until someone interferes? That is some of the dumbest shit I have heard in a while
@@VivaLaRazsa that's not what he said. 'You' came up with that shit yourself putting words into peoples mouths is the dumbest shit "I've" heard in age's...
This is an awesome clip. The details are incredible. Thanks for posting
Legend has it that the "anyway long story short" is still going.
Jacque seems like a stand up guy. Class act all the way!
How to Handle a Bully 101.
This is actually an incredible story about bullying worthy of being shown in school classes.
This story never gets old. This is a great story about standing up to your bully. This is how you deal with bullies. If you ever got bullied in your life, you know there is only one way to deal with that kind of person
the rougeaus are outstanding human beings love by everybody in quebec. they have always treated their body with respect like there father raise them. look at them now. raymond is even mayor of rawdon and is respected by all his citizen. wish them all a long healthy life
Really never paid attn to either team back in the day. This might of been my fav shoot interview I ever seen.
I remember seeing him at Maple Leaf Gardens around '88 and he wasn't allowed to be "The Mountie" because of some Canadian BS. He wore grey track pants. He was still my fav.
Jacques' reputation as a nice guy shines through in every one of his interviews.
Much respect to this man 👏👏
I used to hate them growing up and watching them wrestle they were probably one of the best heels but after hearing this story for the first time I got a lot of respect for him and his brother 👍good on you for the receipt, revenge is a dish best served cold 🥶
It’s possible someone tipped Vince off that Dynamite was going to do something next-level of the rougeaus were still around after the match which could be why Vince asked them to leave the building immediately after their part in the match.
Don’t forget Vince had multiple stooges within the locker room.
I think he was going to stiff them in the ring (survivor series ten man tag), but Bret pinned them early to get them out.
I watched the entire interview. Great interview. God bless
Great interview Hannibal ! Well done Sir
Brilliant. Love listening to this story from EVERY side!!
many years ago me and some buddies moved a few cars which were blocking the Rougeau Brothers rental car behind Cobo Hall Detroit when they were trying to get to airport early. They thanked us on air the next Saturday during their promo interview with Mean Gene. Classy Brothers
Every now and then, I come back to hear this story. He tells it so well. Also, because I fully agree with what Jacque did.
this story is very inspiring!! the hannibal has the BEST shoot interviews
Jacques and Raymond are real class acts.
OMG I remember the rougeau brothers when they wrestled in the AWA!!! What a fantastic story. My kids loved wrestling so much back then.
He and Raymond Hadn't spoken in almost 7 years at this point. But they always put each other over. Which I think is awesome.
Went from "Kurt Hennig is a funny dude ribbing people" over the years to "he was a fool". Sorry but stuff like this could have degenerated into something even worse. Vince should have fired the guy.
Yeah, the stuff he did to people was pretty over the top. It's crazy the level of casual sadism in the business back then.
Not gonna lie, the product was better, but the guys these days that play video games and make smoothies are way better off.
Its crazy how Jaque said " Next time I'll put you in a wheel chair " and that punch pretty much set up a domino effect that led Dynamite Kid to wind up in a wheelchair.
True
How so? It's more like Dynamite's burning the candle at both ends set up a domino effect that put him in a wheelchair. Jacques punching him is just something that happened along the way. Dynamite probably could have spent the next 5 or 6 years in the WWF and things likely would have ended the same. He was determined to wrestle until he physically couldn't.
Awesome interview!
What a great storyteller.
Pat Patterson screaming like a girl...go figure.
that was one of the best stories i ever heard i love to hear a good wrestling story thanks hannibal
I loved it when he said, "They don't give a shit about their job, they just want to save their honor." LOL!!
Jacques has aged well as compared to other wrestlers.
You have my respect Jacques. The Mountie always gets his man!
Ah ha ha that whole Pat Patterson bit was hilarious.
