I really hope he reads this dabo doesn’t need the transfer portal. The reason of Clemson decline is because how bad the offense is. Every position on the offensive doesn’t lack talent. It was hiring coaches that had no experience. Thomas Austin had no experience look how bad the o line got. Jeff Scott left now it’s Tyler G he can recruit but can’t develop. Losing Tony Elliot was huge. That’s when everything came together and you could see the difference on the offense
Norvell has brought in transfer players that immediately adapted to our culture and in fact embraced it and still do today.
Why do non Tiger fans seem to be bothered by this portal thing? Are they closet Clemson fans?

Imagine all of the former juco players that Dabo recruited over the years. Clemson and Dabo are going to get left behind. Je will have a High School roster vs 23 & 24 year old men.
Anybody see the way Andy talked about Dabo is completely different than the way he went after Brian Kelly?
That's why i said what i said about him last week. Supposed to be unbiased, but let's his hate for Kelly shine through.
I love how Dabo lives rent free in the national medias heads. It is really simple. Dabo is going to use the NIL money to retain the talent he has on his roster and talent he has recruited. Everyone always mentions the WR from Florida State. That deal for Coleman had already been done before he "hit" the portal.. Downs had already been paid off by OSU when he "decided" to leave Bama. The only thing that I agree with, that was said during this discussion, is that the ruling allowing the universities to pick up the tab instead of donors is big for Clemson. Dabo is going to do what Dabo wants to do and as a Clemson Alum I am OK with that because he has earned that right. Dabo is always going to make sure his players win on and off the field. He graduates almost 100% of his players and they will win a lot of games. In the end, Dabo and Clemson will come out of all of this with their heads held high and show that you can win the right way and do so while making sure to take care of the players.
Dabo is r*tarded. When he said “At no point ever in time should a player get played to play college football. ‘THERE IS ALREADY TOO MUCH ENTITLEMENT IN THIS SPORT.”
I love watching him fail. He will be out of the sport in 1-2 years and be a bad ESPN commentator.

Clemson is better than 95% of the teams in College Football without the transfer portal. Try to beat them on the field.
Last year they were pretty average amoung.power teams. Certainly not near elite

@@nole74 They were Top 20 which is Above Average. Clemson shot themselves in the ass last year on a regular basis.....including against the Noles. They beat the crap out of the Noles BUT wins are given based on the scoreboard. Clemson beat themselves in 3 out of 4 loses in 2023.

As a Tiger, I LOVE DABO. He is 100% Correct. Clemson is never going to bring in a guy that is looking for cash. Never. Don't blame Dabo at all! Clemson's collective has the money but will NOT PLAY THAT GAME. Go Tigers. Dabo is a Tiger for LIFE. GET OVER IT.
