You’re being overly critical and negative about this company as azure standard is the highest quality food that is available the paper bags that they put them in is much better than plastic especially for the environment. Have no idea what you’re talking about. This is how they used to package food items before we put everything in plastic.
And yes, frozen foods will be stuck together as ‘they are frozen’ - separate it out in, then place back in the freezer? 😂

I have pointed out packaging that is different than what I'm used to from the store. Just my observations. Thanks for watching!

Don’t worry about the date on the sour cream-because it’s probiotic/fermented, it lasts wayyyyyyyyyy past the date in the tub!

For people who don't know, rockfish is a better fish and much more expensive than cod. There seems to be a lot of negativity in this video. Azure ships what you order. It's your responsibility to know what you are buying.

Thanks for your video. I haven't ordered from Azure, just learning about the company, but the one thing that has me concerned is the expiration date. It seems on some of the perishable items, you have to use it up quickly or hope you can freeze the items. Thanks again.

Glad it was helpful! I was a little worried about that too, but the sour cream was so amazing we ate it all in a month :-)

In my experience Lundberg rice is purchased in big totes by Azure and they just repackage it in smaller bags that say Azure. If you bought the big 25 lb bag, it would have the Lundberg label on the bag. They don’t clarify that well. 🤷🏻

Love your voice. I've always preferred recyclable bags from plastic, which is one of the reasons you can order in bulk so you are using less plastic despite the fact that 1 gram comes out of the bag.

I saw someone else order the mozzarella cheese and it came the same way. I have noticed from looking at other people's orders that the Nancy products don't seem to have very good dates always very close to expiry. A lot of people freeze them. And tomato powder also don't come in plastic and is usually clumpy or rock hard. I guess it's issues that should be brought up with Azure. If you bang the bags of frozen fruits and vegetables against a hard surface they should separate. Nice haul!

I have used Nancy's sour cream a month after the best buy date and it is fine(if stored unopened). Been an Azure customer for over 20 years. I freeze the Rumiano butter. Rockfish is also called rock cod. Great haul. I got rid of all my stores I have to pay a membership. My grocery bill has gone downs about 20% after doing so simply because all the "great deals" do not end up in my cart!

At least where I live in Oregon, the minimum for a drop is only 500 bucks. So you could start one in your town.

I've been ordering from Azure for almost a year now. I love it. And thankfully, my drop is about 15 minutes from my home (even closer from work), so that isn't an issue. I have noticed, however, that the prices have increased quite a bit on some things in the time I've been buying from there, making some things not as economical as I would like. But overall, I do love it. Thanks for sharing your "hauls" in your videos. It helps to see what others are purchasing and how they store and utilize them.

Azure has a video or email letting customers know their packaging has changed to save them money and keep cost down for customers that's why package didn't come with “both” plastic and bag. Also, the reason they re-use boxes for shipping your items. 😊 Video was very detailed and informative. Wonderful 😊
