- Hey guys. Today I wanted to make an in depth commentary on the state of Overwatch in 2019. In this video, I give you my real opinions on the state of the game moving forward, and I offer some solutions on how to fix Overwatch moving forward. you are absolutly right, but like all blizzard games, i think they will keep making marketing descisions and don't care about what the actaul players want.
Make overwatch videos or gaming content in general, you love it more than tech tutorials it seems like and I think you would make it far ❤️ maybe overwatch tips and guides for diff heroes?

There is only way this game going and its downwards blizzard doesn’t care about you and me with 100s of hours in the game they already have our money so they have to appeal to the causal people this game is no longer a FPS it’s turned in to who presses SHIFT and right click first

Not that anything I say is credible but I bought the game in 2016. Put about 877 hours into and i quit playing in Oct 2018 right after the Torb rework. I couldn't handle the amount the amount of CC in the game and how rewarding low skill heroes was compared to high skill heroes. It seemed like unless I was playing with my buddy who was a diamond and I was platinum I could not climb at all. Playing solo was hell. In comp we were always playing tanks rein/zarya mostly even though my main was dps in quick play. Then all the CC made the tanks pretty useless. They could never fix the rein shatter and his charge was inconsistent. Then they add politics to the game. They made my dps main soldier 76 gay. Not that I am against gays, but when I play a video game I like to try to into the mind of that player but I just cant now. Why do they have to give any heroes a sexual preference.
This video is straight FACTS. The reason why I quit playing competitively.
The real reason Underwatch is dying, is because MaximillianMus was their saving grace for the time. Although he was trolling, he was essential to Overwatch's survivability. Which Blizzard then foolishly banned resulting in more decline. Now MaxitrillianMus does fortnite video and pulls in double if not triple the views he originally got. Jeff Kaplan probably rolls and tosses in his bed every night regretting the day he banned Maximillianmus and will regret it for the rest of his life.

Honestly i have some hope in this game if they just make the game More fun now. I dont Want this game to Be perfectly Balanced (not possible anyways), but i want a fun experience that Especially rewards Playing and mastering high skilled Heroes. I just fucking hope that they will add a hero that Has some Kind of cc immunity He can give to His teammates for 1 or 2 seconds to make the teamplay Aspekt big Again and i Want them to keep on adding Mobile Heroes to try and get the game fastpaced Again... If they actually would do that i think this game could actually get hype Again and make It Wirth investing More money from Blizzards side

I believe it is. Everything is dying because of fortnite. And thats fine, trends come and go with time. I also did some overwatch content but its not worth it anymore.

@@Thempster If you really believe that, you're a fucking idiot. Overwatch is essentially an overlay for a giant slot machine that spits skins. Why do you think the only thing that the OW team puts any effort into is skin design, to the point where it's now more or less the only aspect of the game that gets any attention?
Jamie Rose I don’t like the idea of loot boxes either, but you can get a lot of good cosmetics through the free loot boxes you get from playing. You can also get coins through those loot boxes and buy the cosmetics you want. Obviously every game is made to make money, but I don’t think it causes that big of an issue in Overwatch because there’s nothing you can buy in the game that will give you an advantage. I’ve never spent money on loot boxes before and I’ve never had a problem not being able to get cosmetics I want.

you were talking about people getting queued into teams with 5 dps, and people being able to swap off and flex heroes. In every game that's competitive with solo queue that is a thing. You have to learn multiple playstyles, and heroes to effectively climb. Sure someone can 1trick if they're really good, but your average joe schmoe isn't going to get gm. If you're going into comp in any game, and you don't know how to play 2 tanks, 2 supports, or 2 dps. You're essentially throwing for your team. You could be better at tanking than someone else, you could be better at supporting than someone else, you could be a better left clicker than someone else. Yea you won't "be as good" as someone on the other team playing their main, but if you can't play a champion to even semi compete with them you deserve to lose. It's a team game first, and foremost. You just need to make yourself not nearly as trash as some one else.
All they need is a vanilla server and watch everyone come back

Blizzard does not have the sacred cow reputation it once held. The bullshit involved in this game is a good part of the reason for that, but any semblance of reputation that they once had as a gaming company was put to death at Blizzcon with Diablo phone edition.
I've been saying this for years and no one listens to me, but this game is never going to be good because this game was designed with a F2P mentality, which is really hilarious and sad when you consider that there's a $40 buy in. The game exists to house its casino-style skin-gambling bullshit and that's all Bli$$ard cares about. They don't care about balance beyond appeasing OWL players, which according to Seagull they are failing to accomplish even that.
Overwatch is dead. If you want to see it get better, you need to hope that it falls into the hands of a developer that actually cares about making a good game that everyone will love. Unfortunately that is never going to occur.

The only way overwatch will be brought back to its old state is if Jeff Kaplan roasts the shit out of fortnite and makes epic look like a lot of fools. That might get overwatch more popular leading to the hype being brought back to the game

@@subscribetopewds4 Its death man 2 Years ago (for example) Seagull got like 20-30k viewers because he was the Ninja of Overwatch and now he gets like 1-2K viewers. Overwatch was like top 5 on Twitch and now its top 20. Everyone is playing fortnite right now.
