How to configure Gmail in Microsoft Outlook manual latest 2021

Hi welcome to ITtechie suport channel. This video show to How to configure Gmail in Microsoft Outlook manual.
Manual Theory:
1.Open Control Panel
2.In search bar type mail
3.Click mail
4.click Show Profile
5.Click Add
6.Type your Profile Name
7.Click Manual Setup in the opened wizard, and then click Next.
8.From the options, select POP or IMAP option to configure Gmail account and click Next.
9.Now, this is the most critical section. Here, you’ll have to add details for IMAP account for configuration, such as:
(i)Your information and Host Server information
(ii)Account type - POP or IMAP (Select IMAP)
(iii)Incoming mail server - imap.gmail.com
(iv)Outgoing mail server - smtp.gmail.com
(v)Gmail id and its password
10.After filling these details, click More Settings and select the Outgoing Server tab. Check the checkbox My outgoing server requires authentication, and then select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
11.In the above window, click the Advanced Tab and fill the following details:
(i)Incoming server for IMAP - 993 or 143
(ii)Incoming server encrypted connection - SSL/TLS
(iii)Outgoing server (SMTP) - 465 or 587
(iv)Outgoing server encrypted connection - SSL/TLS
(v)Click OK to save, and then click Next from the previous windows that will appear again.
12.If you’ve entered the correct details related to outgoing and incoming server, then the status of both the tasks will be completed as shown below. Click close to continue.
13.The “You’re all set” page will appear on the screen, click Finish to end the process.
