Been on TRT for the past 10 years (age 21 to 31) at anywhere from 400mg (earlier on) to now closer to about 150mg per week. I usually take a break off TRT for a month every few years which includes stopping TRT and taking HCG for 4 weeks. At age 25 I purposely cycled off for 3 months and took HCG while being off so my wife and I could get pregnant with our first kid. 5 years later we decided we wanted another child so I cylced off with the same protocol and it took another 3 months for us to get pregnant. Both kids are healthy and normal. Cycling off now so we can start trying for our third child!

Hey man that’s really useful to know. I know everyone’s body is different but I’ve been worried about the effects of being on 200mg/week (black market) test in my fertility and what the effects are with time eg how long have my production turned off for

Doctor, can you comment on how TRT effects success of a mTESE procedure? We can't get a straight answer on if we should wait a minimum amount of time after stopping TRT, before trying mTESE. Please comment.
