Maya I love this content! Keep up the great work. Also, my husband work for Disney World so when we want a Disney date I hang out in the parks until he’s off work and then we do either a different park together or go to Disney Springs, but the hours of waiting around outside of the house can be fun but it’s hard to stay busy sometimes. 😊♥️

Al so try bringing shoulder blades together with shoulder rotated into better alignment. I constantly remind myself to sit up straight not sit like a shrimp.

I started Alchemy of Souls after seeing it all over social media, my sister kept harassing me about watching it, I am more of a happy, rom com, sunshine and rainbows kinda girl, so I was hesitant to watch it, but eventually I needed to see what the hype was about and I am currently obsessed! I did have to put it on hold as I do not watch shows during the school semester so I can focus, so I am left on a bit of a cliff hanger, spring break can't come fast enough! Also, love your Hybe Insight jacket!

Decaf is just like 99 percent of the caffeine removed. There is still a tiny bit. Not enough to keep you awake at night unless you are REALLY sensitive to it, to an extreme.

Ooooo what made you decide to workout your hip flexors more? I decided this year I want to work on my flexibility and mobility so that portion of the video really interested me lol
Also, that empty apartment gym looked so nice!! I wish my complex provided a gym!
I’ve been seeing so many TikToks on it where I was like “yes, yes that’s me.” I need to open up my hip flexors more cause I am soooo stiff! It helps us squat deeper, jump higher, run smoother, and supports our pelvis and spine! Hehe it’s okkk any gym is good too :’)

Can you make a video on modesty for Christian girls who workout? People keep telling me it’s wrong for Christian women to work out in leggings/biker shorts and a sport bra or fitted workout top. Just curious on your thoughts.
Oooo I can see why some may feel a certain way. I honestly wear a sports bra because I can’t run as fast with clothes on cause then I sweat more from the extra layer - and just wearing a sports bra also means less clothes to wash 😂 haha and I personally have a hard time working out in shorts but leggings allow me to move freely (like tights). So it’s more of a practical standpoint!

Idk where eggs are expensive.. I live in NYC and the organic eggs I buy are 5.50 and even regular eggs in the supermarket went from 0.99 to 2.99 which Ithink its still cheap🤔
