I love SW-Motech's attaching systems over all others. Brilliant design because they attach low and don't crush all your stuff. I have all of Kreiga's bags and never used them. The unplug looks great and well made. My problem is another science project to figure out and remember when it's pouring rain and I want to GTFO quick! I'm sticking with the best out there for now. Great video! Ride SAFE and BE safe Sir!
Nice review Craig. I'll be looking forward to see how this bag fits on your bike and not crowding your seating position. I'm finding this to be a problem with my 600 SW Motech bag where I cannot pack it fully as it encroaches too much on the passenger seat pushing on my back.
I've had a great experience with a Tusk Dry Duffel Bag (44L). The air comes right out via the little knobs on side. It's very durable (I use it when gathering sharp, pokey fire wood). There are plenty of adjustable straps to secure it tightly on the rear rack. At $76.99, it's comparatively a better buy. With a kayaking and backpacking background, I can really recommend this particular Tusk product if you want to save some bucks.
I am a big fan of my Dryspec D66 (1 D38 and 1 D28) system. Love the way it connects. But I dig this video. I would love to see how it goes on the Tiger. My only issue with drybags is how they butt up (pun intended) against me while I ride. Too, access to side cases would be interesting to see how the Unplug works. Thanks for these videos!
@@MarkyMark1202 What I am concerned with is that tents get wet and dirty and sometimes you have to pack them that way. I don't want my bag to get wet and dirty...what is your experience?
That's exactly what we do my friend. Keep the sleeping bag out of it's bag and stuff it in around other gear. You can jam it in all sorts of places unused. I call it the "get stuffed method"
I have off the top case and mount it on the rear saddle and rack. Or I have mounted it across the pillion seat in front of the top case. You can see how I mount it it in my website at www.livingofftheslab.com/unplug-ultimate-adventure-bag Also thought I added an image in the video.
I really appreciate the amount of detail in this review! Thanks. I’ve been trying to find a rear bag for my Triumph Thunderbird LT. Not sure if you have any recommendations for a bag like that.
Or you can just pull over if it rains & stay in hotels & eat fried chicken wings.. Just a thought. 😂🍗 PS I do enjoy your videos , just ribbing you. Ride safe.

I'm in the market for a new bag after the bottom of my sw-motech received friction holes in the bottom. Thanks for the video.
Great review! Thanks for sharing. Leaving on a 9 day camping trip over Labor Day on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Very nice, have fun! There is a discount code in the description of this video if you are looking for a dry bag.

I will be doing a camping video and you'll see how it fits. Looks like a life raft, but it fits.
Good video. II would have been disappointed without the submersion test.

I am glad you like your bag, but at $80, your 44 liter bag is about $1.80 a liter. The 110 liter bag is $1.60 a liter.

I have a camping video coming up that shows a bit of how it fits.
An informative video in detail. 👍😍
Looks like a great bag!
I use a 60 and I put the sleeping bag in last. I DONT compress it. I keep it loose in its own bag so it mushes around on top of the other stuff.
I will try that, thanks
Same. Most things are loose in mine to allow compression and prevent from being more too heavy than needed

Are you planning on orienting the bag lengthwise? If so does that mean leaving the top box at home?
On my last camping trip, yes I left the top box at home, but I have strapped other bags across the panniers on other trips.
Cool thank you for great advice 👍
Rock it!!
How do you mount that monster bag on your bike with all your other luggage?
I have off the top case and mount it on the rear saddle and rack. Or I have mounted it across the pillion seat in front of the top case. You can see how I mount it it in my website at www.livingofftheslab.com/unplug-ultimate-adventure-bag

You might try the 65 liter size for Unplug. Or are you looking for something that matches the bike's style?
I’m thinking something closer to my bike’s style. I do like the functionality of a dry bag.
@@locostbamboo I have another bag from Viking that I will be reviewing in the near future. Might be more your style, but not as big.
Looks like good quality bag !Did you have to pay those turkeys to be in your video ?lol
How many Kilogramm i can put into the Unplug...💪😏🔥?
Have not tested it. Far more than I need...
@LivingOffTheSlab Can you estimate approximately how much you needed?
@@BoxxerBonnieMaybe 30 to 40 pounds

Yep, I do that too...but when have you seen me pull over because it is raining? 😁
Isn't illegal to keep turkeys as pets? 🤣😂
I think we are the pets...
@@LivingOffTheSlab ... That's what happens when they feed people. 🤔
