Always love your content Adam. I just got the Fail Faster playtesting journal from Jay Cormier and excited to start using it, and this seems like a great companion to that. "You are the Project" lol, I like it.
Stumbled across this journal by accident (can't remember how ...). Read and filled out the first pages already. Thanks a lot for this!!! It takes so much pressure from me to "want to design" a board game and transforms it into "cool, let's see how far I can go, lots of angles to do this". I'm very grateful for this! Thank you, thank you very much!
My copy was picked up by courier today and will get to me next Friday (I live in Northern British Columbia). I’m stoked to check it out, thanks Mr. Wales!
Wow - Adam, this looks absolutely amazing. Just ordered and can't wait to dig in. It arrives in a couple days, and I'm certain I'll be leaving. a 5-star review soon!
Awesome idea! I just added a copy to my cart... I need to drop a ten-spot in the bank later so I can place the order- thanks for setting an affordable price!
Thanks - it was really hard to know how to price something like this, so I took a guess! No-one has complained, and your comment is reassuring. So I guess my instinct was about right :)
@@AdaminWales no, thank you!!! I'm well into developing my 3rd game and while the first two aren't publish worthy the family has fun with them. The more practice I get and the more knowledge I can get from those who have tread the paths before me the better a designer I'll become. Thanks for all you do to help aspiring designers like myself!!!
It should be available. It's print on demand, so should be worldwide. a.co/d/15F7NKO Does that link work? I've just typed it into search on Amazon.ca and the journal comes up.
Interesting! It should be available on French Amazon - perhaps do a search on the Amazon website? Thanks for the offer of translation. I’ll keep an eye on the interest and sales. I have no idea how many people might be interested. It is a pretty niche product! :)
I'm exploring that option! I don't read ebooks myself, so I'm not sure of the best approach. Would an ebook sold through Amazon be easy to write on (digitally) for the user?
Craig, there is now a downloadable PDF on Drive Thru RPG at the following link: www.drivethrurpg.com/product/472771/Adam-in-Wales-Board-Game-Designer-Journal?affiliate_id=430883
Unique and super useful. Congratulations on your first book!
Looks amazing, just ordered a copy! Now just have to wait for it to make it's way to Florida :) Thanks for this & all your hard work!
Thanks Tim - your advice was very helpful in putting it together! :)
@@AdaminWales Ha wow! I'm really glad to hear it. Your turnaround time on this was crazy fast - hope you're getting at least some sleep!!

Thanks. Yes, the Fail Faster journal is fantastic. So I wanted to take a very different approach. They compliment each other perfectly.

That’s really good to hear Fabian. Thanks for letting me know.
love the approach this product has! I'll try to get it as soon as possible! I have the goal to publish a game this year, even if it is a free PnP!
Great! I really hope it helps :)

Great, but is there an option for Canada?
It should be available. It's print on demand, so should be worldwide.

Thank you my guru
Just bought it
Excellent! :) Hope you enjoy it.
I clicked the link but it says the book can't be shipped to France, that's weird.
BTW, I can translate it to French if you think there's a market.

Great stuff Adam. Thanks. Just purchased a copy.
I tend more toward the digital sphere than hand-writing.
You might be a "game designer", but those games are "bad designs"..
Also, thanks for the ad for a book that won't ever help anyone, I guess.
