The remedy
The remedy est une forme de pensée qui permet de toujours pouvoir voir du positif n’importe où.
Elle consiste à grandir avec une réalité et un genre d’objectifs finals
Exemple: toujours cherché à évoluer mentalement chercher des réponses que ce soit dans des situations peu grave comme très grave.
Le but est de comprendre pourquoi ce malheur arrive et surtout comment s’en sortir pour toujours garder comme objectif d’évoluer. Ce qui donne logiquement si l’on y crois réellement un sentiment positif de confiance en soi et d'apprentissage éternel.
Au final n'importe quelles situations de mal être fini par être une situation d’apprentissage qui vous permettra de ne jamais abandonné.
Crois en toi car personne ne te jugeras plus fort que toi-même, tu es fort et tu le seras encore plus, moi je crois en toi. ce n'est pas quand tu es dévoué à tes rêves que tu es un rêveur mais quand tu penses qu'une vie banale te donnera du bonheur

The goal is to understand why this misfortune happens and especially how to get by and always keep as a goal to evolve.
which logically gives if you really believe in it, a positive feeling of self-confidence and of eternal learning.
In the end any bad situations will end up being a learning situation that will allow you to never give up.
Believe in yourself because no one will judge you stronger than yourself, you are strong and you will be even stronger, I believe in you. it is not when you are devoted to your dreams that you are a dreamer but when you think that a banal life will give you happiness !
