I have fallen in love with this show. It is sooo authentic. If it weren’t for covid-19 I probably wouldn’t have started to binge it. I was especially impressed by the conversation the nurses had in episode 3 at the lunch table regarding Africans and African-American attitudes towards each other. I thought that was very daring for them to go there and touch on that kudos to all who wrote that scene!!!!
Its unfortunate that they removed the entire cast except for Abishola and Bob for the next and last season. They preemptively canceled this show. It brought in millions for the network, but, they stuck to the formula that networks have used for decades, which is to create sit com content centered around black culture, then, cancel the shows after they secure the time slot and money, and put white content in its place. Two great examples are 'Living Single', and, 'Half & Half'. Its unfortunate, but, the more we are told that things change related to equity, the worse they really are. This show is a wonder - hopefully another network will be allowed to move forward with it, with the full cast reinstated. The network revealed that Bob Hearts Abishola will also end following its upcoming fifth season. Nov 29, 2023
IM THE SAME!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Anything this man does is great!! The story lines are just good! There's always someone you can relate too!! Sorry Idk the access name but Kimmi durant she look like Arsenio Hall when in chacter!? I thought she has to be related that huge smile
Also Tunde and Olu were riots too, they played their roles perfectly well. Let’s not forget the two men Goodwin and Kofu who were also very funny in the show. Overall the casting was excellent amd the actors were all brilliant.
The writers don't get enough credit ... Amazing job on th show ... I hope it's going to be on air a long time ... I already see so much potential in so many ways 👏👏🙏🙏💝💝
Hey Chuck here you go again, This is going to be a climax of a show and as a Nigerian myself I will love see some Nigerian/African village games, this is going to get me glued to my TV. Great job
Take a step further and go to your local African shop's or restaurant's and make real friends who are just as keen to make friends with other cultures as much as you do.
It's a really good show for adults, I enjoy watching it. good luck guys, hope you all have a great run. Ginaaaaaaa, SussexSquad, much love from Trinidad & Tobago, sis, you advocated for this beautiful sister.? YOU ROCK, GINA...!
She finally found her Hollywood dream,I'm gassed for her.....I'm so used to seeing her when I fall asleep to BBC two and they put on little clips and hers being where she talks about her mother wanting her to be a doctor....I love her and she does seem talkative 😂😂😂.

Eat your words! Bob Hearts Abishola is now on their fifth season. You don’t know anybody else who watches the show? Such an idiotic remark made by an idiotic individual.
I love it very much, best I have ever seen, I enjoy it , please please please please please please keep it clean, no guys no nasty people. No God less people, just keep it clean,
Its funny that you can fight racism better with kindness and forgiveness than shouting and anger. Everyone makes mistakes when learning new things and kindness makes you realise your mistakes and move forward
Wait! Why did Gina Y insist that the lead had to be Nigerian? So all this time blk Americans were right about Africans portraying blk Americans on the big screen should be ADOS to have an authentic portrayal? Mmmm!🤔
A foreigner cannot portray a culture as well as a native except they've lived and experienced it. They can't greet with the right accent, give an exact portrayal of the people. There you have it
I can only watch the shows where Billy Gardell was still chubby, he was then handsome. I know it wasn’t healthy for him to be that big but when he lost weight he looked emaciated and gaunt, with bags under his eyes, & bad posture as well. He could have lost his weight gradually instead it was drastically done hence his awful-looking face.

Also why was Dele delegated to the role of a cook? It doesn’t make sense seeing a little boy making dishes that only an adult can cook.

We love this show. SO FAR, it is anti-woke. Everybody is invited. Such excellence and still fun!

The show is about a Nigerian….so it’s important a Nigerian woman played it

This is all new to me, this is not something I would look for. 😍

She's British Nigerian.
