Great video as always! What brings those fish to the area you're fishing. It looks like there's no cover in the area. Would it be the deepest part of the lake? Thanks again for showing us how it's done.
Hey, thanks!! We got down to 41 degrees last week. That is as cold as I have seen it in a few years. I'm gonna be using some big baits this weekend. I would love to get a three pounder!! TIGHT LINES!!
What brand, type, and pound test line allows you to boat flip those large fish like that? Noticed you like a bit of clutter on your screen… what is your color gain set at? Do you always use plain unpainted jig heads or sometimes get better results using jig heads of different colors? Thanks for the great video! I never see winter crappie on the bottom like that at Clearlake CA. Gonna start looking harder for em there.😎
Man, you got that livescope figured out and on point..... Great video as always. Also, thanks for always sharing rigs, tips, tricks, colors, etc. Hope your channel continues to grow. "Tight lines"
Hey, thanks for watching and for your question! I was using an 8ft and a 10ft pole. I use either one of those about 95% of the time. ACC Crippiestix. I'm not sponsored by them. They have good, affordable rods. I really like that 8 ft rod, especially for casting to open water fish. TIGHT LINES!!
I used the 10 ft and 8 ft. ACC Crsppiestix are hard to beat for the money. They have good sensitivity, and great backbone for boat flippin!! TIGHT LINES!!
