@6arcsn1sky It's a secret theme in VF2 that plays if you hold a certain button before the normal stage BGM begins. There's a VF1 Sarah remix in the game as well.
Aoi leg punishments are brutal .. You can see from her opponent's reaction that it hurts like hell.. Sometimes I wish I could give Aoi a taste of her own medicine too..
I love that VF tried an Aikido chatacter, but Tekken did it better. Aois movements are graceful, but her Aikido isn't very impressive compared to Nina in the Tekken series, who does a full kokyu-nage as a side throw, has a gorgeous variation on shiho-nage as one of her main throws, a better juji-nage, and just better aikido in general than Aoi. Even Ninas reversals are more realistic Aikido than what is shown here. As far as Aikido in video games, Nina Williams in Tekken is definitely the best practitioner imo, and it shows how brutal Aikido really can be when used offensively.
I always thought it was weird how Anna supposed to be the aikido master between the two but has more strikes . I guess that just reinforces her distance from her father and hints that Nina may not as close to her mother as she wanted to be either .😢
Aikido isn’t an offensive martial art. Also, Aoi doesn’t even practice aikido. She’s an Aiki-Ju-Jutsu practitioner. That being said. In my opinion, what nina does doesn’t resemble aikido at all. I also think VF does a better job at representing martial arts more than any other fighting game. Shun does a much better job at representing drunken style than lei. And Brad does a much better job at representing Muay Thai kickboxing than Bruce. Tekken is much better at character investment and story telling however.
@@OsumiVF3tb indeed. The representation of Aiki-Jujutsu in Virtua Fighter is the most accurate among Fighting games. I also like the Hokuto / Shirase of Fighting Ex Layer.
My favorite VF moment was that one time I actually hit someone with the flip kick counter.
"Amai wa!" = "You're naive (if you think that attack would work)!"
Nice dude. I like a lot Aoi and japanese language!
Saw a person who countered every move his opponent made.
Great customization! Aoi looks like a new character here!
This track is stellar geez.

Sixfortyfive I didn't knew that.
she reminds me of asuka kaza
Actually, the music sounds like a remake on Jacky's Virtua Fighter 1 stage.

Somebody needs to give the jabbers a huge middle finger
She’s like Jun Kazama on this game. 😄👍🏾👊🏾
@Sixfortyfive: I see. I had never come across this remake when I played VF2.
This is why I hate Aoi spammers
Her character has a shity reach so you are saying nonsense here
@@shadownight9956 not talking about her reach fool
"Amai na!" (アマイな!), which translates as "Naïve!". A sign of disappointment.
Zwietracht In reality it translates to "How silly"
asuka kazama

Really. I thought Aoi's aikido so much more realistic. Nina's not so much.
