FIXING FAULT 01826 ESP ABS LIGHT ON | AUDI VW SKODA SEAT BENTLEY

01826 - Sensor For Steering Angle Supply Voltage Terminal 30. This fault occurs when battery was unplugged or replaced. ABS and Traction control lights will be constantly on. Usually can be fixed just by driving a vehicle for a 500m with steering lock to left and right. If not you will need a diagnostic tool such as AUTEL or VCDS.

Alternatively drive a vehicle for 500m steering fully to left and right. Steering angle should calibrate itself.
