  • In this video we are talking a look at the Asus PN50, a tiny, barebones desktop computer, powered by the AMD Ryzen 4300U. Despite what I say in the video, the PN50 comes in 4 CPU variants; 4300U, 4500U, 4700U, and 4800U.
    Where to find the PN50-
    Amazon- www.amazon.com...
    Micro Center- www.microcente...

Love mine. Doing great work photo/sound manipulation. Plus general surfing of course.

It'd be interesting to see this with 16gb of 3200Mhz ram in dual channel. an re-do the benchies, I think it might help the percentile numbers.

This looks cool. Have you tried this with linux?

I ran it for a few months using Mint. It was very nifty. I so wanted to use Linux but ended up loading Win11 just for access to decent software.

It has m.2 nvme drive support.
    And 8 tb storage.
    I like more storage
    And faster nvme

Is fan noise too loud ?

Unless you're in a very quiet room, I think the fan noise is acceptable.

more irritating than loud, as in using it in a quiet space even turned down to the lowest performance setting the high pitch fan sound is maddingly irritating for me so i am considering buying a fanless case for it...
