Man this is pretty useful, thank you! I was initially very disappointed with the new turn-based combat because I had grown so accustomed to the combat style of the earlier games, however it eventually started to feel really nice, until I gradually became more and more under leveled, but now I know I’ll just have to grind this.
i wish they would've put a option in the game to choose combat style and the rpg style so we wouldn't be forced to play. i prefer combat style because it's more entertaining to play i can't stand rpg games
I know this is necro posting but the vagabond( shaggy caveman) is immune to everything. The trick is to focus only on him and using skills that hit a lot to kill him (rapid shot, smash step fire breath etc) take him out first and then worry about the others because he's worth the most xp
I would like to let everyone know that escaping isn’t random it depends on if your character can complete the running animation without running into anything at least that’s what I’ve been testing and I have to say it checks out
@@Licht57OO great, currently im lvl 19 and just reach chapter 6, can i beat that enemy with my current lvl, Or I should lvl up more before doing ur method?
@@faisalrezhaRakhman u can go in if a battle seems too hard u can always use a smoke bomb to get away that enemy wont be able to kill u if u have Saeko healing u but the fights will take a long time just be prepared.
Yes u can go back to the city either by taking the exit and the end where I said the boss was and beating him or walking back to the previous floor and leaving through the ladder
i dont get it tho i need help grinding in the beginning of the game when ur in chapter 3 i think when ur around level 11 how do i get to level 20 quick

I found it faster just to fight the first vagabond then go back to the stairs and not even fight the second guy
If I remember correctly each Vegabond that you take out, you get more experience.

You won't have Han as level 24 I guess? That's where I am , I am in chapter 7 only and I have only 5 guys. So which guys you use to grind xp?

U have to take on some of the other enemies take it slow

As early as chapter 6 just get out of the dungeon through the story progression and u should be able to go back in whenever u want

Try to fight enemies or do a little of the story if u have the option to change jobs make sure u choose a job that goes with their stats
Or maybe do side quests
