its not really that hard to get a character to SS, even SS0 works for Qu, Alpha CW etc you can get shards from PPC and the banner its pretty f2p friendly with 100% chance after 60 pulls (reaching pity at 45 or so) as for weapons, dont reallt bother to r3 them as f2p but you should at least get them, if not possible invest in 5* weapon and cubs are not even that important. The PGR radio said it themselves, memory resonances, i agree might be a bit hard to get perfect resonances, but even those random resonances are better than nothing. Its not that hard tbh but you have to save alot and know what banners to skip, also check what characters will be added into the future and save for then at least from 2-3 months earlier if you’re a lazy player

Usually people use 4 patton paired with alisa that gives you crit rate, so with patton it almost everyhit crit. But since it's buffed patton, it works anyway even without alisa.
Not really actually, depends on how you play, if you play CW with just holding dodge you will only have short time of i-frame, but with orb + hold doge or just orb to fullfill the gauge you can twice. And if you afraid of dying, just get hp restoration buff and more hp increasement buff on norman preparation. Even S rank CW can do this in the same way, her rank perks are just dmg increasement. That's why people said CW is the most broken 2nd gen dps, S or SS or SSS or without sig, she is still easy to play and basically same gameplay unlike other 2nd gen.
