One of the most underrated singers. She was amazing.
Leon on me is my favorite song of Melba Moore. Poweful voice❤
Marvelous Melba 😊she is amazing !
No one has ever sung this song like Melba
But Aretha sang it first and just as well.
Hit it Keith: NOBODYYYYY BABYYYY
I agree no one
Bruh……. This song hits…. If u grew up in Jamaica u feel this different
Doe eyed perfection!!!!!!
i don't see how melba moore can hold that last note til the end. amazing.
Actually somewhere Melba is still holding that note as we speak!
Melba's range was sick!!
How can Music Industry not let this women with this magificant voice and all these so call singers can't touch this lady's Voice I don't understand the Music Industry!@ they have garbage now so sad that's why I retreated to buying oldies.
She is now getting her props
When you mention the word Diva this woman is one of them.
She has an amazing voice.
For me it's
Melba Moore and Donna Summer.
After Mother RE before Chaka, Patti and Whitney and a host of excellent singing Women!!! Ms. Purlie Melba.
I agree 1000%
Good Lord what a voice!!!
EXCELENCE !! She doesn’t get the credit she deserves!! This song was written by the late great Van McCoy (Do the hustle). I was also a artist of his. PEACH MELBA GO. FREE. Charles Kipps.

She’s alive and well!
She is still alive. She was in a couple of movies a few years ago. Love her singing. What a voice.
Unmatched!!!! Jesus
They need to bring back HMV and stock it with all the old music from the last millnium.
The good stuff.
DAMYUM! Fantastic.

Katt Wiiliams!
So glorious
Such Amazing Voice .Amazing career and Wonderful personality 😇
Most people don’t even know, the queen of soul Aretha Franklin did this song first. The flip side of her song “Spanish Harlem”.
My mistake, I thought it was Nancy Wilson who sang this.
Sure was your mistake....I believe Aretha did a version of it.... but Melba's octaves and ability to hold a powerful glass shattering note longer than any human on earth....perfected it...especially her 1983 rendition!😍😘💜
No not Ms Wilson Ms Moore 😂😂😂
O sure I understand.
I thought she was going to sing the Bill Withers' tune.
🎼🥁🤲🌷💙
2:46 When I step on a Lego.....
Great recording, she screwed up lip syncing but whatever.
Hm... Not likely.. according to the way of recording of the artsts in this programme. These are all originals made by TopPop.
My mistake, it's her own song I have. I didn't recognize it as her own version! It's that bad!
I love Melba like cooked food and free stuff, but this was the absolute worst lip-sync I have ever seen in my life. Also, with all of the voice that she has, she has always been incredibly stiff as a performer. Still, there has never been another like her, and there never will be.
Bad lip sync. Nancy Wilson's version is better. Sorry.
Girl, what ever!! Listen to her 1983 version and you wont say that!!
