About 20 years ago my daughter brought home some steaks she had bought. Great deal.
I remember looking at them and pointing out they looked weird. Perfectly round. I had never seem perfectly round meat before.
But as she was so excited that she bought them, still a teen, I cooked them up. Noticed that they pulled apart when you handled them.
The next day my brother sent me an article on meat glue.
Been careful ever since amd showed my daughter the article.
I am not worried about it. Terduckin is fine.
Why are we forced to fund bureaucrats like the USDA if they’re going to allow this?

@@ajs3994 Funny, because that's why many departments don't function properly to begin with. The push to defund the government has been a right-wing agenda item for many decades. They find anything wrong with an agency at all and then attack it's funding until it is entirely nonfunctional. It's like letting your dog sit on the neighbor's lawn and then calling the HOA on them. Right wingers also allowed corporations to be considered people and utterly corrupt everything including the USDA. You think corporations want government oversight? Of course not! So, they donate to people who will deregulate, defund, and demonize departments in their way of making more money. I am not a liberal or democrat because they are just as corrupt but, those things I mentioned above are entirely the rights fault. Remember, trusting either party is how we got where we're at today with everyone sick. Time to stop regurgitating bs fed to us by a corrupt system.

Meat glue has been used for decades. How do people think things like chicken nuggets, turkey roll and boneless hams are made? It's easy to avoid, simply by buying meat with bones in it.
Guess what... sometimes even meat with bones is glued!

Sounds like meat glue is neither kosher nor halal.
Kosher is 1000's of years old and is still practiced today. If you study it carefully, there is plenty of science behind it. Rabbi's are very smart and observant. Even if you are not religious you are better off picking the Kosher choice...

If it doesn’t look like a chicken nugget inside you got a real steak. Clearly you can tell real steak texture from chopped and formed assuming you have eyes and a mouth.
I have discovered several glued steaks in restaurants and they actually deny knowledge of it... but i can tell by the look and also i get sick when eating it...
Probably the fake butter they use on top - seed oil city. Or the seasonings they use with msg and oxylates.

If you have ever eaten an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich you have most definitely eaten meat glue.
Per the official ingredients on Arby's website: Roast Beef: Beef, Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphates. Caveat being that any part of a cow can be labeled 'beef', and the thing they are slicing up finely minced 'beef' formed into a slab that fits on the slicer nicely.

Showing that eating real food (ribeye steak) makes him unconcerned about what’s going on in the fake budget food industry. If your meat doesn’t look like a chicken nugget inside you got real steak. This will be in packaged meat products like frozen meals I’d guess. Not like your going to have to question whether this steak in the butcher aisle labeled a ribeye is real. You can question it and probably should. Everything should be questioned.
