So, what actually is an organ transplant? An organ transplant is the replacement of a damaged or missing organ by a working and healthy organ - they can be any organs from livers to kidneys to skin (yes skin is an organ!). Transplants can save or greatly enhance lives. The donated organ can either be from a deceased donor, so the donor decided to donate their organs before they died.

Thank you Fuse School for making such amazing informative videos! I really enjoy watching them and they also help a lot in my studies! 😊👍🏻
Glad you like them! 🤗
If I
wanted to donate my body parts to people when I pass, my family members
should be able to receive the money they are charging for my organs but not
the transplant itself. Who gets the money for my organs? If people got paid
for donating their organs to help other people live a good life while the dead
organ donor's family lives in poverty, how fair is that? More people would
give and more people would live if the laws were changed.
I chose this particular source because it runs through my mind a lot. I am
not an organ donor but I definitely would be if I knew both of my daughters
could have the life they deserve. Why should I let strangers profit from my
organs? It makes no sense to me. My peers may argue this, I'm sure but if I
think this way, so do countless thousands of others. Lives could be spared if
laws were changed.
Thank you guys! I used this for my school presentation and it helped a lot!
That's great! Glad it helped!

What do you think will happen in organ transplantation in the future given that technology greatly advances?
If in the future we will get a technologically advanced transportation (such as the Hyperloop), then we will be able to transport donated organs faster.
Because according to the video, each organ has a very short lifespan, therefore quicker transportation will retain its quality.
It’s not good make good videos
