This isn’t a Korean recipe. I’ve eaten Korean food for over 57 years. I don’t know of any Korean recipe, which uses cooked cucumbers. If this is supposed to be “japchae,” it’s close, but you’re using chicken and cucumber, which aren’t in traditional japchae.

This is someone's personal variation of Japchae. Traditionally it has "glass noodles" (Korean sweet potato starch vermicelli, not Chinese rice noodles). Typically uses beef, but chicken is becoming more popular. Also there should be some blanched & seasoned spinach, shitake mushrooms, & onions (both the white/yellow and spring onions aka green onions). I've never seen Japchae with cucumber in it before - what? Also this is missing the sesame oil at the end, which gives it a distinct flavor. Do a search for "Maangchi" channel on RUclips if you want AUTHENTIC traditional Korean recipes.
My favorite Mom & Pop Korean restaurant in my hometown serves a very similar dish, but I believe theirs had some Gochujang paste, Korean chili flakes instead of paprika, and sesame oil of course. It's awesome and did I ever eat a lot of it over the years!

Если уж "куриное бедро" 230 гр., то и морковка в граммах должна быть, чтобы уровень точности одинаковый. Но, думаю, и 250 гр. бедра подошли бы и даже 270 не внесли бы существенных изменений.
Похоже на чапче с курицей. Если курицу предварительно замариновать в соевом соусе с сахаром и чесноком - получится вкуснее, более однородный вкус. И ещё я вместо курицы делаю с говядиной - пальцы можно проглотить. Хотя для меня немного странно обжаривать огурец
Лет пятнадцать назад мы строили дом, работали у нас и северные корейцы. Они научили меня готовить жареные огурцы, когда увидели, что я хотела выбросить переспелые. Это ещё вкуснее кабачков, хотя их в нашей семье очень любят. Попробуйте, неожиданно вкусно.

Very simple recipe...only soya sauce w pepper as seasoning...if korean style..the main food wl b Kimchi or the rice stick sweet sauce
I wasn't familiar with the green veg added at the end, although could zuchini work as a substitute?
I thought cucumbers were everywhere :) But you can also try zucchini
Recommend to add some chopped garlic when stir fry the chicken
