Disclaimer: This video has been produced a month ago. The rating at the end especially for the Xiaomi might've changed already. Both devices lately got firmware updates that improve the cameras. Though not in a dramatic way and only in some special scenarios. So this video is still valid and educational.

The Nubia cameras really impressed me. That ultra wide video was shockingly good and the 35mm range is sooo good. btw i love the video. Love from Brazil 🇧🇷💚
with the price difference, i can accept nubia than xiaomi.

The Ultra has weaker cameras. Notice this is the Z50S Pro. There is no Z50S Ultra yet.

Nice review sir, ive watch all your z50s pro vids.. I've just purchased this minutes ago(z50s pro)...Are you using external stabilizer when you are walking? Im pretty convinced with your ratings... i dont care much about selfie and tele camera, main and ultrawide seems really good...coming from poco f4(cause of gaming, now leaning towards better cameras) am i gonna regret the purchase? Hope you can give some sort of enlightenment lol😂

@@lltechviewyes I have found it on AliExpress with a multilingual rom. Maybe it's the cn device with a global ROM flashed. But not sure it's even possible with Nubia, never had one.
@@lltechviewHowever the global rom has many of the china specific features removed sadly, global rom will Force all google apps on you and you can't uninstall them, with dual app feature removed

Xiaomi is ahead in the features present in the software. I didn't like the nubia z50s pro in the global version, as it lacks some features that I think are important to me. An example is the lack of a game manager, or the lack of an infrared app and a mere photo management app. Who knows, maybe there will be future updates

@@lltechview mir ist nur die Maincam wichtig und die scheint sogar besser als die von Samsung S23 Ultra zu sein, habe jetzt die global für 550€ bekommen, ich hoffe werde nicht enttäuscht, habe jetzt Mi10T Pro mit Gcam und es macht richtig gute Fotos.
@@RaRamsis Ja die Main Cam ist der Knaller. 35mm muss man zwar mögen (Ich liebe es), aber die offene Blende macht richtig Spaß. Klar bei so offener Blende ist der Schärfebereich kleiner, aber dennoch gut imho.
@@lltechview ich bin schon gespannt wie es wird. Werde auf jeden Fall das Mi10T Pro vergleichen. Die Gcam Software macht auch 39mm.

@@ogaimori6739 Because OIS on tiny lenses with your big hands will introduce shake. The OIS's have mm for compensation only in their tiny shell

I also did review the Galaxy S23 Ultra when it came out. But I cannot keep the device forever and send it back as it was not my cup of tea even after some updates

I have to disagree with the "beautify" you claim the Nubia is doing compared to the Xiaomi on the selfie picture... the lines around your eyes are more pronounced on the Nubia compared to the Xiaomi.. that would suggest the Xiaomi is actually altering the picture. Nubia would appear to be capturing a more accurate picture.

I know it's not the same but if you really want to use something closer to 35mm go straight to 2x with 13u because it will it's 50mp mode and it'll look a lot better than zooming to 35mm
It also features a quick shot 35mm mode or portrait 35mm mode. But nope its not really better I think as the perspective change is still visible
Why not compare the ultra vs the ultra, pro vs pro. Both of them have an ultra version.
There is a Z50 Ultra but not Z50S Ultra Z50 Ultra is weaker camera hardware wise to the Z50S Pro.
It's high time all these flagships should start using this 30-35mm lens. They should get rid of these ugly looking 24mm lens
