Send generators! With those orcs constantly attacking Ukraine power generation, their going to need more generators. Keep in mind, they use 220v single phase and not 240v split phase, at 50hz. And they use type c and f plugs.
At the moment, the electricity is not turned off. I don't know where the guys live, though. But sending a generator is expensive and it will most likely have to be cleared through customs, so candles are the best gift! :)
