I just got this. Super well made and cleans up the shower on my boat. However, I can't seem to get the hair conditioner to go through. I would hate to return this but my lady is not happy that 1/3 of it dose not work. Any thoughts?
The first use and any subsequent use after the dispenser is completely emptied requires pump priming. To prime the pump: with your conditioner in the dispenser, pull the dispense lever as if to dispense and hold it there while you place a finger tip from your other hand tightly over the dispense port to seal it. Now with your finger over the port, slowly allow the lever to return to it's default position then remove your sealing finger. Placing your finger over the port creates a vacuum as the lever returns to default (pump's charge stroke) which draws conditioner into the pump displacing the air that's causing your problem. It may take several repetitions to fully prime the pump so repeat until your conditioner is dispensed.
One of mine doesn’t work. Seems the nozzle is clogged. It has never worked - I assumed the gel was too moisturizing and plugged. Have you experienced this?

@@alfapainting I had the same issue. I diluted it with water and it’s great. Some brands are thicker than others.

Yes- I tan hot water through it and forced it through while pumping the soap/water.
@@modrngolf Thank you! Common sense - I should have tried it earlier. It now works! I appreciate the suggestion. ☺️

Oh no!! I used the adhesive that they provided. I’m sure Home Depot or Lowes would have the same product.
Are the hooks optional?
If you get a three pack they come standard
you didnt prime it?
Nope. Just worked for me. Are you having issues? Sometimes certain soaps cause an issue.
How does that attach- suction cup?
3M adhesive.
