Follower of both of you here. It was good to watch this episode. This is the 1st podcast of powertrain I have seen because you were the guest otherwise I just watch the regular powertrain videos. Keep up the good work Aakash, you are doing well. There are some hiccups and improvements which can be made. But as a new comer you are doing good. You will grow well. Also you might want to break the episodes if its going beyond 30-45 mins.
Just a small suggestion, please avoid frequent interruptions. The process of making the conversation more interactive, diverts the speaker from the point that they are making & tend to start speaking on some other topic. Its annoying to focus on what they are saying and suddenly some other topic comes in between.

@Vishal and @PT There's one particular question about the redevelopment of areas near Airport...what could be the road ahead? Redevelopment does not happen in these area due to Airport height restrictions limiting structures to G+4, G+7 or G+13. What will happen to old buildings in such areas?
Prices in a fully developed areas are driven by inflation and market trends. Sometimes a new area comes up which is better and prices even fall. Thats why buying a normal property in a fully developed area is not an investment. Its good for end use only. However, investment in an upcoming area will go up in long run and will beat inflation once that area develops and gets more lucrative.
