Yeah! Is difficult to be all things to all of the request that are received. Perhaps considering a big boat invite sometime as they are pretty cool. They appreciate having new people on their boats and showing them what they do. Bring a friend as the more they have the more they appreciate having you!
great video ..like the music..thanks for letting us watch this love story. a love for living the way you are on the boat and two beautiful people and jetty. keep safe me and daiseys thoughts are with you
Great song in the beginning! Definitely need a heater on the boat. I still have mine. Cool drone shots. Song at end was good too. Great video as usual. Safe travels.
Sorry I missed you guys! You were right next to my boat! I keep it at the marina on Fort Monroe! For the stain I used Real Lemon. I put it in a spray bottle full strength, sprayed the "Smile" on the bow and it took it off. I first thought it didn't work, hit it with a brush, nothing. Came back 20 minutes later and I could see where I missed with the spray! Cleaned it off by itself!
I've used On and Off myself, and it definitely works. I haven't tried it, but a couple on a large motor yacht said they use lemon juice diluted with water to remove the ICW mustache. They said they just spray it on and the brown stain disappears.
Try lemon juice. Put it in a spray bottle let it set a few minutes and wipe off. Love watching you guys. You are always so upbeat and are definitely enjoying your life.
Every time I watch your vids it's like a little vacation. Keep up the good content it's nice to see things through your eyes! Fair Winds and following Seas.......
Well, it's not a green environmental thing but, toilet bowl cleaner takes that brown stain right off also good for rust. Be sure to wipe it down right after use. It pretty much works right away! It only takes a light scrub.
Skip all of Georgia... oh no!!! Then you will miss us on Saint Simons Island!!! I was looking forward to buying you a beer!!! And getting Jetty a nice treat!!! Maybe next time northbound.
You can use a product called “whip it” that you can buy online. It’s 100% green, and removes anything from the ring around the pool to wine out of carpet. It works great
W O W... That ketch at 2:10. Sure looks like the one a friend of mine I use to fly with last had, he died on it (if it IS the one) I believe in January this year, 2019 😱🤭😢 It was in Norfolk.
Hey Tula, looks like your having a lot of fun,I love the drone shots of you motoring through the ICW. I love all your videos. Hope to do what you doing some day !
I enjoy your videos. Have been following since Billie bought his first boat. Can't understand why you are hanging with the cold weather. I would be following the warmer weather if I was the captain of your boat! lol
For hull cleaning try Dawn dish detergent, 50:50 with white distilled vinegar. Works here in MI with a lot of elbow grease. Enjoying your trip. Weather coming your way. Be safe.
I was just typing this same thing and saw this. Cleaning vinegar is even better than regular vinegar, I use it on all kinds of things, it is with the cleaning chemicals.
Been 10 or more years since I’ve been down the very route your on. Wave at Morehead City and Beaufort when you pass by. Love the story you’re freezing your - off. Take care,
You may want to try one of the magic eraser sponges for the stain. It's worked well on stains and mineral deposits for me. If it works, they have magic eraser mops that could make quick work of your boat.
You could possibly use Teak-Brite. It's a power and what you do is get a bucket with a sponge and add a little power to the water and mix it up. Take the sponge and apply. I guess you can wash it off in like an hour or so or just leave it on.
The Intercoastal waterway that passes thru Virginia Beach the water most days are as smooth as glass - we like to race our wave runners from Virginia Beach to the light house in Corolla (outer Banks of North Carolina) shop & eat and race back.
Great job ...just took a similar route from Rhode Island to Key West in my 17' Boston Whaler...partially inspired by your trip in your old Whaler from Newport to Long Island!
I love y’all. Been following for years. One suggestion is to speak like the advanced sailors you are! The up talking reflects a loss than knowledge sailors as we know you two aren’t. Fly high and safe sails.
I used F11 top coat last year on the hull from waterline up after waxing. NO STAINS!! Oxalic acid isn't bad (it's in On/Off Gel), it's the main ingredient in most Eco products because it's an organic compound and it's found in many foods. It's bad for the gel coat and your skin though until it's diluted.
I use the works toilet bowl cleaner to clean off the brown stain on my white boat. Put it in spray bottle and spray it on and let sit for couple minutes and spray off. No scrubbing. Don’t no the environmental effect in water but I do it in my driveway.
Oxalic acid wich you can extract from Rhubarb is great to clean the hull or plastic furniture. You can buy it as a powder if you are lazy....also fantastic to clean stained wood.
Love seeing my hometown from the water. I grew up sailing a sunfish in the James River, and your videos bring back so many fond memories. I'm hoping to follow in your footsteps some day soon with the cruising life. Keep up the awesome videos!
Hey guys! I was thinking about Jetty last night and how it seems that she dont like going to the restroom on the boat. I had this same problem with my pups and here is the solution I came up with and it worked great. My dog (Mouse) wants grass to go on. I tried artificial turf and she looked at it and turned around with a disgusted l@@k on her face... I thought "what about real grass". I went to Home Depot" during the spring" of course, and bought one piece of sod. I built a 24 X 24, 2 X 4 frame. I fiber glassed and gel coated it to match my boat. I put heavy wire on the bottom with 1 inch squares " cant remember what this wire is called (hardware cloth)??? . I then put about a 1 inch layer of small river rock on top of the wire. On top of the rock I put a piece of the cloth that is used to prevent erosion to act as a filter to prevent the soil from spilling into the rock. I then used a peet moss type soil to fill within an inch of the top. I then put the sod. I forgot to mention that I put a drain in the bottom of the square with a hose over the side the boat to drain excessive water from both watering and rain water. Wala! Mouse was happy and I was ecstatic! I also put a white rubber around the bottom as not to marr up my boat and to prevent the box from sliding around. I just wanted to share this with yall. Please ask Jetty what she thinks and let me know... ;)
For what it's worth Amazon has a small diesel heater that could heat your boat nicely, and there are cube woodstoves, that put out good heat for a small enclosed space, for less than a hundred bucks dry twigs and drift wood cut with your sawzall, you get free .
High five for Sierra's furry hat and grinning ear to ear in the captains chair. Brought a smile to my face.
That smile @12:48!! That's all this is about... Cheers to your continued journeys!! Thanks for taking us along!!
Your editing and video gets better all the time. Enjoy it.
Yeah! Is difficult to be all things to all of the request that are received. Perhaps considering a big boat invite sometime as they are pretty cool. 🤣🤣🤣 I see the Honda generator on the floor of the cockpit! That means Captain Sierra is still in charge - you go girl👸🏼🎉🎉🎉
great video ..like the music..thanks for letting us watch this love story. a love for living the way you are on the boat and two beautiful people and jetty. keep safe me and daiseys thoughts are with you
I really like the color mix of that light blue jacket. It looks good with your smiling face and your blond hair.
That was a fun video. Thanks for helping the rest of us escape reality for 15 minutes.
Great song in the beginning! Definitely need a heater on the boat. I still have mine. Cool drone shots. Song at end was good too. Great video as usual. Safe travels.
remember, there is no better time to bake cookies than when it's cold outside.... stay safe, Tim and Cat

I'm getting excited for you as you near the warmer weather. Fair winds and stay safe.
You are getting closer to the nice warm weather. We are really enjoying your music choices for the videos, keep up the good work.
We have a love/hate thing going with the ICW. We love the scenery and no waves, but hate the bridges and going so slow! Enjoyed your video!
Sierra, you have the best smile. Makes me happy every time I see it.
you guys are living the dream.....
Aye aye Captain Billy, The cold of winter is like the first sip of whiskey. After the first sip its all good!.
Adrenaline looks sharp and crisp with all the renovations and painting that you've done.
Thanks so much Susan!!
I'm 2 mins from the Centerville Bridge (ICW) in Chesapeake, Va. Safe travels!!
I've used On and Off myself, and it definitely works. I haven't tried it, but a couple on a large motor yacht said they use lemon juice diluted with water to remove the ICW mustache. They said they just spray it on and the brown stain disappears.
Always Awsome seeing you guys !!
You guys are getting very good at this video stuff great ICW travel footage with drone and tunes but Sierra’s smile says it all.
Stop it! That fuzzy hat on Sierra is just cuteness overload. I... just... can't... stand it!
Thanks for taking me along I appreciate all the work you two do to put out these amazing videos
Thanks so much for coming along!!!

Hey Tula, looks like your having a lot of fun,I love the drone shots of you motoring through the ICW. I love all your videos. Hope to do what you doing some day !
Im on a coast guard cutter out of portsmouth which has a white hull and we use simple green and it works really good
Excellent video guys! Thanks for taking us along.
That bend there going into Salt Ponds is the beach we hang at all the time. Low tide exposes a great pull up beach.
Awesome video! Thanks for calling out the locations (towns, cities, etc.) that you guys are headed to...it's fun to Google map your travel.
I enjoy your videos. Have been following since Billie bought his first boat. Can't understand why you are hanging with the cold weather. I would be following the warmer weather if I was the captain of your boat! lol
The same thing happens to me if I go up the caloosahatchee river. I use Starbrite hull cleaner. It’s not “green”, but it’s not as harsh as on off.
Just love your videos and you look so happy! You put a smile on my face!
just stumbled across your channel via this video. Love it. Liked and subbed from Ireland

I’ll add a heavy couple coats of wax will help keep it from accumulating.
Capt John's boat brite works
Been 10 or more years since I’ve been down the very route your on. Wave at Morehead City and Beaufort when you pass by. Love the story you’re freezing your - off. Take care,
Thanks for sharing the journey! It's been several years since I've seen that part of the ICW.
You may want to try one of the magic eraser sponges for the stain. It's worked well on stains and mineral deposits for me. If it works, they have magic eraser mops that could make quick work of your boat.

Sooooo jealous of you two, another great video.
Great trip so far. Keep warm.
Great video. What a transformation in scenery during one days travel. Two different worlds separated by a few miles.
The Intercoastal waterway that passes thru Virginia Beach the water most days are as smooth as glass - we like to race our wave runners from Virginia Beach to the light house in Corolla (outer Banks of North Carolina) shop & eat and race back.
Some great video work, Billy! This is one of my favorites by far. Very well done.
Keep drone flying luving it
Love that section of the ICW, done it about a dozen times and always gotta stop in Coinjock and get the prime rib!
Great job ...just took a similar route from Rhode Island to Key West in my 17' Boston Whaler...partially inspired by your trip in your old Whaler from Newport to Long Island!
You are crew of Jetty's Sailing Team.
Got the matching uniforms and everything now. ;)

Awesome vid, great editing and music. I was missing the original opening, but like your journey, your videos are evolving nicely 👍
You like the intro mantage?
Tula's Endless Summer loved the intro montage..
Love Hampton Roads
Play like a pirate. Love it

Thanks for the awesome products in your Tula shop.... great Christmas gifts 😃🎄
;-)
I guess you already know their sizes mom.
I use the works toilet bowl cleaner to clean off the brown stain on my white boat. Put it in spray bottle and spray it on and let sit for couple minutes and spray off. No scrubbing. Don’t no the environmental effect in water but I do it in my driveway.
Try white vinegar on the hull. Don`t Let the brown build up wipe it down often.
For the brown stuff on the hull on my laser dinghy if you scrub it off before it dries in it usually comes of quite easily just with a brush
Aloha nice video of your travels down the ICW.
I’ve always used ON/Off or Muriatic Acid on my boat. It’s like the only thing that works well. But it is so harsh for sure!
Oxalic acid wich you can extract from Rhubarb is great to clean the hull or plastic furniture. You can buy it as a powder if you are lazy....also fantastic to clean stained wood.
Enjoyed the video and the music was great!
Tannins flow out of the Dismal Swamp in that area. Try toilet bowl cleaner on the hull to clean it.
my go to for cleaning tannic compounds off the hull is Zud, don't know if its green but it works like a dream
GOOD JOB GUYS
Great vid, when I was young, in the 60's the amount of Naval ships outnumbered all other vessels. Except fishing boats and tugs
great video thanks... love the icw !!!
Thanks for another awesome video!! Believe it or not but Vinegar might be the solution to the hull stain.
Did you have prime rib in Coinjok? And the over niht is freeatthe resturants dock. (ORWAS A LONG TIMEAGO).
Not this time :-/ We have in the past though. SO GOOD!
Love seeing my hometown from the water. I grew up sailing a sunfish in the James River, and your videos bring back so many fond memories. I'm hoping to follow in your footsteps some day soon with the cruising life. Keep up the awesome videos!
South Bound!
Whoever edits the videos does a nice job, thanks for posting the month, any chance of posting the day of the month too?
Great video and love the music 👍👍
You might try lemon juice to remove the tannins. I used toilet bowl cleaner, the gel kind. Yes it does contain an acid.
10:23 that looks exactly like my boat

Good stuff 👍👍
If you're ever sailing past Dallas, to. Stop on by.
I’ve had success with pure lemon juice. Spray on - let sit for 10 minutes, rinse off - done.
