They literally made a ww2 era game because people were sick and tired of futuristic games. The only reason that this game exists is because of the opinions of the player base
The game was fun and the graphics were really good but there was no content at the beginning of the game, paid DLC, and supply drops. They basically fixed the game later but it was too late because the game was dead by then which is really unfortunate
I remember going of to my mates shed in year 7 when the game came out with us 4 lads chillin pulling on all nighter taking turns doing sniper 1v1s on his Xbox, sadly we all parted ways this year and one of my best mates in the group moved countries a year before

If I have to be honest when this game came out and when most of my friends said it was boring and wack, I told them I might just be boring but this game in my opinion is the best call of duty I’ve played and ghost, I guess I like underrated games lol
it really was underrated, was my first next gen cod after playing bo2 for so long. also the fact that fortnite came out the same time, it kinda took all the spotlight for the game
Sad to see where both games went. Fortnite was so fun and easily one of my favorite games up until 2019. It definitely stole the spotlight from ww2 and now that ww2 is getting older it doesnt matter that fortnite is going downhill no one will come back/go to ww2.

The last two seasons of ww2 was the game changers. Adding Commando, Resistance, Calvary(SPECIALIST) and making certain abiltys like scoped able for everyone not just using a Devision helped.
Yeah I think it’s pretty underrated, especially zombies, a lot of people didn’t like it but I thought it was pretty fun. Most underrated cod is bo3 thought, it had the best zombies and a really fun multiplayer.
I also think it's the last good one, but a lot of people dont like it just because it's a jetpack cod. Even thought it is by far the best out of the 3.
Agree... People cant see details in this game.. Probably because didn't watch many historical movies and pics! But WW2 have so much details on maps! Characters soo much camos and uniforms.... The game is great with much more details than MW and CW
I didn’t get this game right away or even close. I got it when it became free and played for about a week. Just based on that this game was fun as hell. Really enjoyed the HQ tho
Ww2 was my first cod. I was a "Christmas noob" and a cod noob. I enjoyed the hell out of ww2. It has been my favorite cod out of the ones I've played. Kinda miss those days
Ww2 was so many firsts for me it will always have such a special place in my heart. It was the first cod I pre ordered and played the beta for and actually played at launch, first final camo unlocked first time in top 2000 of the leaderboards, first nuke, first 100+ kill game and will also be the first game I reach level 1000 in. So many memories I'll always love WW2.

This was high key my fav cod, unpopular opinion but between the great maps/guns, HQ, War game mode, class types, and jus overall gameplay it made for such a great game. So unfortunate that nobody ever wanted to play with me when it was in it’s prime because they missed out.
Still love COD ww2 - last game to still allow Multiplayer FFA within a party (not boosting, just want to play vs friends!). It does feel slow in terms of movement if you switch over from more recent COD games but it's still fun. The Firing Range should be in every COD - so frustrating not being able to test your setup changes before a game.
I do think it was underrated. It is one of my favorite Call Of Dutys besides MW1, MW2, and MW3. The campaign was pretty good. They also had prop hunt which was pretty fun. It was nice to play something different on COD. I got to master prestige and then the new Modern Warfare came out lol

Shipment 1944 on this map was amazing and the campaign was like no other
WWII was severely underrated. Amazing multiplayer mode and zombies mode
