Ww2 has always felt like a "cozy" game to me. Idk why but like after launch with the Christmas event and everything just felt so nice to chill on the couch and play. Also the lobby WW2 had where everyone could like run around the barracks was really cool, I hope they bring it back for vanguard

Same I got the ww2 ps4 console bundle on New Years when the game first came out , and it felt cool to finally have a ps4 , playing it during winter
That’s how I feel when I play bo3 lobbies are still alive if you play on ps4 at midnight 😭 it’s annoying to find matched sometimes but it’s even more fun than I remember

They should bring that back along with the custom Emblems and Theatre mode.
Most people will say that custom paintjobs and custom emblems bring out the problem that some degenerates will make inappropriate emblems like sexual stuff or swastikas, with the latter going to be allowed in Vanguard.
@@Lofarzel31 you’re right, both were such cool features though. Maybe some kind of submission system can come into play, where your emblems etc should be approved. like with twitch when uploading new emotes.
WW2 always has a soft spot in my heart, I really enjoyed this game and it was the first Cod I reached master prestige on

So underrated, felt like old cod’s but with so much content after the overhaul. I never bought a single loot box and had most of the stuff unlocked with the grind. Also the sniping was *magic*

WW2 is low key underrated
so true, had some of the best COD memories and moments on WW2. The whole social area was really cool as well imo. The fact that you could show everyone your supply drops was so fun

The sniping in this game was honestly amazing. So underrated. The pre patch kar98 k from this game was insane.
This call of duty was really underrated, so much better after it got its overhaul

That's true, when Bayonets were Infantry only, Armored had LMG bipods, Resistance only had the Tac knife. Now those were cool but the overhaul felt like they finally decided to let everything out in the wild.

CoD WW2 hands down is one of the most underrated Call of Duty's of all time. This game could've easily have been one of the top 5 best CoD's ever created, had it been the game it was by the end of it's life cycle at launch. This game comfortably sits in the top 10 in my list. I seriously hope Sledge Hammer took notes and studied up HARD on what made CoD WW2 good & bad for this next Call of Duty launch with Vanguard.

Honestly cod ww2 was awesome. No broken ass specialist abilities, something that resembles weapon balance, actually fair micro transactions not pay to win bundles or nothing, like i loved it. Even got chrome on it, only time i bothered with it. Getting headshots with that ding sound was so satisfying every time.

Its so much better to have guns locked behind loot crates like bo3, and variants that give distinct advantages like cold war and to a lesser extent iw, because at least in iw you could grind out most of the actual good ones

People always forget that this game was the last before skill based match making, like going back to this game and not having to sweat my ass off just feels so nice.

that’s definitely not true, WW2 had sbmm and people have complained about sbmm every year since AW (besides bo3) it’s just gotten progressively more and more prominent as more people learn about what sbmm is and why it’s there
I swear jev was still playing when they released the SDK… that was probably one of the most overpowered sniper of all time. It aimed in so quick off rip and the fire rate was insane with it being a one shot kill at the stomach and it comes with a suppressor. I loved sniping on shipment with that gun

i never understood all the hate for this game, there was no pay to win, there was a ridiculous amount of guns, I thoroughly enjoyed this game and it's time period, headquarters was also great and I'd love to see a return of that. the only reason I can think of people hating on this game were the maps.
