Will u suggest any pack, juice etc for healthy skin. My vat, cough n pitta balance is disturbed so pimples coming on face, back. Dr gave medicine bt its effect is for some days again cycle of pimples repeats. So want to cure it from inside. Also have constipation problem sometimes.
