What string gauge do you recommend for this tuning?👌🏻 Great lesson btw!
I have on 10gauge, but find I'm just getting it to stay roughly in tune. 11's or 12's wouldn't hurt.
+Adam Robertson do you think most strats would handle a heavier gauge in drop c fairly well for that right proper biffy tone? Great lesson dude been trying to wrap my head around this song specifically the Time sigs and as soon as you broke it down I was like duuuhhhhhh sjsjskaks lol

Am I the only one that hears "This is the point we have the choice to survive the Winter" and not "be happy together"?? I never got where people got that from, every single lyrics site says that as well and I'm getting tilted af xD Maybe there's 2 versions? But the official video clearly says survive the winter.. Oh well, good vid though, thanks for explaining the rythm
Lx Praetorian when they were taking album preorders you got a digital download of Wolves of Winter. In that original version the line is there, but as I've pointed out, it could be seen/heard as copying the Turtles song. With this in mind, they probably changed the final official release to avoid a copyright claim. If you go to my playthrough video, the line is there (around 2:16).
