I really don't understand the reason for so less likes inspite of so many views for such an extraordinary lecture....
Question. Elderly relative is in the hospital paralyzed on a vent. Hes breathing in S mode spontaneous alert, responsive, not secreting much phlegm, but cant move his upper body. The trauma doc immediately wants to trach him and stick a feeding tube in him while using the "christopher reeves" narrator to prevent asparating. Hes being succtioned daily , hes coughing etc. so why are they so quick to trach and shove a feeding tube in him?? Family is there observing his improvements regularly.

I have been with you for long time, sir plz need full download lectures what can I do please assist?
do you have any advice on either finding a Doctor who cares enough to actually go the extra mile and help a patient with severe reflux aspiration , or finding one who is educated in helping. i have seen numerous gastros and a few pulmonologist, and they either seem ignorant or don’t care. i have learned more from this 1 video than i have in over 25 years as a patient with this. i’ve had pneumonia multiple times. currently refluxing fluids or acidic content. It’s like the plum want to dump it all on gastro and gaston on pulm.
It’s like weight loss i have asked for assistance or ideas on that and get told internet, smh the trees so many conflicting diets it’s not funny. i would be stunned if i dot have servers lung damage he by now already on max dosages of both prilosec and pepcid.

Allah didn't create this body with all the beautiful details to just learn it and be fascinated about it, allah created it to observe and thunk about it and about who created it , it's like when someone gives u a story and u just keep seeing the shape of the book instead of understanding the meaning of the story

we can't process that much speaking rate🫠
try youtube subtitles and play with the speed(0.75-0.90 must be good), making the whole thing slower would mean a video of 40 mins to be around an hour, and apart from it being really long it also stops students from clicking the video at the first place
