■ 125 g unsalted butter
■ 100 g light brown sugar
■ 75 g white granulated sugar
■ 1 medium egg
■ 1 tsp vanilla (optional!)
■ 250 g plain flour
■ 35 g cocoa powder
■ 1 + 1/2 tsp baking powder
■ 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
■ 1/2 tsp sea salt
■ 100 g white chocolate
■ 100 g milk chocolate
■ 100 g dark chocolate

Once I get a better oven will give these a go. Did the ones with Smarties/chocolate M&M’s before and they were nice despite my ovens best efforts to burn them at the recommended temperature!
