This PDF includes patterns for 20mm and 22mm straps in lengths small, standard and long.
Typical adapters for Apple watch in size 38mmm/ 40mm/41mm are made for 20mm strap width and adapters for Apple Watch in 42mm/44mm/ 45mm/ 49mm are made for 22mm strap width.
These patterns are designed for all Apple Watch series (1-9).
