Hey man. The strap looks great. When are you getting the Ultra specific strap parts? I don’t like how the straps leave a gap and don’t sit flush against the body of the watch as people are using the 45mm connectors. Will you be getting those in? Cheers.
The Ultra uses 45mm Watch connectors, even though the face is 49mm. Apple confirmed they use the same hardware as series 6-8 with the 45mm. As for gaps, they’re pretty minimal but I think they are somewhat expected for aftermarket hardware. The gap on my ultra is maybe 1mm if that, it’s pretty minimal. There isn’t Ultra specific hardware.

I’ve tried my other straps on my ultra, it’s not a huge difference but it’s enough to bug me. When they become available I’ll definitely purchase from you. Thanks.

Do you use the hardware in this video for the Apple watch ultra or hardware similar to the other two videos you posted? The lugs are different between the videos. Also how well does the polished silver match the Ultra case? Will you be having Titanium hardware or a satin silver finish in the future?
The lugs I used in the most recent video (the natural minerva one) were lugs that my supplier sent to me incorrectly. I dont use that style, but since I have them Ive been using them. Otherwise, I use the ones seen in this video.
Titanium hardware dont currently exist, but once they do I'll look into it. My supplier doesnt stock satin hardware, and I dont see myself switching suppliers. People seem to like the bands I make, and I havent had any complaints on hardware finish. But if they become available in Ultra specific finishes, I'll look into it.
the holes for the thread size seem really big and burnt. just my 2 cents. nice video though
Do these have the new 49mm fitting or the 45mm that leave a small gap?
The new Ultra has a 49mm face but is 45mm at the connectors for the band. They use the same hardware as the series 6-8

No at this point it doesn’t seem to exist with any reputable supplier
Question Adam what needles are you using for this? I have some needles I use that are saddle stitching and they leave a nasty finish.
John James needles! I don’t remember the size but they’re rated for Vinymo #5 thread that I use

Just ordered a leather band from this company. I sent an update to my order as your regular Watch Ultra band may be to small for me. Need 8.5 to 9.5 inch band. I have a fat wrist. Never got an email back so please contact.
Nice video and nice apple ultra watchband in video. Too bad business customer service is poor. Non responsive to my emails. Ordered this band 12-weeks ago 03/21/24, not yet received. Not received any communication from this business on order status.
The lead time on all orders is a minimum of 8+ week which is listed on the home page and at checkout. The contact form has an automatic email setup providing that information again, and more information about any order delays. You are welcome to cancel your order if you are not interested in waiting or are not satisfied with the transparency.
Nice work but I stopped at 1:22. Never mind... I thought this was going to be a simple tutorial. I don't have any of those tools so based on that, it's cheaper to pay Apple (or you). Thanks, nice work but unrealistic for someone just wanted to make a simple band to save money.
