As a whole , the lecture about management of malaria is pretty nice but you have not told about a test of G6PD before using Premaquine as sometimes , the use of premaquine causes Heamolysis if there is deficiency of G6PD enzymes.

Yes that’s why primaquine is contraindicated in
1) Infants
2) Patients with G6PD deficiency
3) Pregant females
