Is there a reason why you choose BoonHerald over BoonChrono?
You can play both, however a Scourge prefers a Herald to have perfect coverage of Protection and Might more easily.Personally I think Herald is better than Chrono, but there's nothing to stop you from playing all kinds of Quickness supports tbh.
