The heavy grip does the opposite of what you said it lightens swing weight. It does increase overall weight. Try adding some led tape around the hosel area . I bet you get your lost yards back. I've been experimenting with grips ect myself. My go to driver for sometime has been a kzg rbt 325 with a heavy unified tack Mac grip. This is a oldy but a goodie the whole face is hot so underestimated. Anyway I put a ultralight jumbo grip on and then the head felt heavy. I thought it would just take time to adjust. Wrong everyone has a swing weight that works for them. Put a heavy tacking Mac back on and instantly straight down the fairway 220 carry . So I balanced the club on my finger to see where it balanced. Almost exactly halfway between grip and head .so I have many drivers I did a experiment took a kzg pti driver that the head felt heavy and instead of changing grips I put lead tape just below the grip adding a little at a time until it balanced on my finger half way between grip and head. Now keep in mind I tried this driver many times. And they all stunk Suddenly I could hit the ball consistently!!!!!!! If hit on the screws it's 10 to20 yards longer than the rbt. But not even close to forgiving like the rbt. I have tried so many drivers new and old nothing forgives like the kzg rbt 325 I'm not kidding you get full distance Almost anywhere on the face. Warning they also make it in 360 and 400. Already tried both not even close. Oh don't think this guy only drives the ball 220 that driver sucks . I have a buddy that buys the new best driver every year. He usually drives 270 to 280 .after he hit his drive I asked him to hit one with mine took a couple of practice swings said my shaft was to soft but smashed it out there anyway. He commented how solid it felt. When we got to his balls the one he hit with my club was only 10 feet short of the best money can buy So if you suck like me or if you're good and want a club that is almost as good off center as on center . They have brand new rbt heads for a song.
I never used the enlo but there was another company called release grips, which is similar...because of the size, you don't need to grip as tight and like you said, there is no sting when you hit off centered...

Go to Freck angle you may be interested you need more angle 1.5 degrees and lighter grip ?
