Oh, I guess nothing happened on day four... I must have been visiting the Great Wall of China or something on that day.

Even at an early age, Tom has those beautiful entries into the pool. Tom's entries are almost perfect.

It's fun to see this the day after you won your first Olympic gold in Tokyo. The little boy really did grow up.

They weren't calling him a swimmer. They said he was the youngest competitor outside of swimming. Meaning only the sport of swimming had a competitor younger than him.
They were explicitly calling him a non-swimmer though ffs 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Had a lump in my throat when Tom saw his dad..perhaps the 14yr old Tom could advise to stop worrying and relax

Watching this whole thing from where you came from to where you are at kinda reminds me of The Natural with Robert Redford with the upcoming Olympics being equivalent to game 7 of the World Series in MLB. But for this go around, Tom is the batter with 2 outs in the bottom of the ninth and you know that all you want to think about when Tom is on his final Dive for Gold is to say: You'd better nail this mother f....as tears are rolling down your face knowing that if there is someone who could nail it, it would be Tom because you know that Tom has the knowledge to just focus on the dive and to make it happen.
Young Tommy! Your reaction was quite interesting...It is interesting to see how much you have changed. You have grown and experienced so much in life. You can tell you enjoyed your younger self. You can be carefree again about diving and enjoy it too. You accomplished a lot and still making accomplishments. I liked how supportive your family have been and continue to be as well.
