My dearest Caroline, I’m a teenage girl who was never confident in her athletic abilities. I never enjoyed working out but thanks to you, on my day 18 of Epic Heat, I got my period back. I lived a mostly sedentary lifestyle until my parents and doctor pushed me into a healthier direction, but I was yet to find a physical activity I liked to do that fit into my busy schedule. Thank you so so so much!

best warm up ever, just getting started with this changes my mood, my vibe, everything.
This will be my first workout video I am going to do from Caroline along with the first video for Epic Heat! I hope I will be able to keep up but I am excited!! This will be the start of a new journey for me... I have been struggling with food a lot (restriction and binging) so I hope that I will be able to break bad habits in 10 weeks!

You don't have to keep up with anyone. This is your workout. You got this. Make it your own and be proud of your achievements. They belong to you. Take them, hug them and enjoy the feeling of just doing and being a part of this amazing community. Most of all have fun and enjoy 😊👍🏻.

This is a great warm up routine. The challenge level may seem low at first, but it’s effectively warming up every part of my body. The point of warm-up is to prep the body for what’s coming next, and this warm-up sequence does that perfectly.

This is my favorite warm up.
Starts slowly and builds into larger muscles.
Breaks up lower and upper body so you can do half the warm up when short on time.
Doesn't feel like a workout but an actual warm up.
I love this warmup - easy and kindling enough for a 50+.
Love the new warm up, but still appreciate the 10 minute version. I think I’m going to alternate between them and get the best of both worlds. Thanks Caroline
