The crawlspace can conceal many system defects of the home because most people do not want to enter this area because of spider and rodent phobia's. This crawlspace was a plumbing disaster that could have easily been overlooked if the area was not inspected, once again the importance of getting a home inspection is worth every penny. Thanks for your comment Mr Scaffnetti.
