@@akucbol I only cook and consume distilled water. I'm not raw. Food tastes better I also don't have anymore stiffness in knees, arms and fingers which was problem before. Hope that helps 😊

Look into a water distillers. Got mine for £200. Absolute game changer. Removes all crap from tap water 😊
