Bro, the fact is that when Specter came out, we didn’t have such an ability in the game as finishing, so his hand was like Just a beautiful visual, and finishing off from the button wasn’t there before, when Specter was just coming out, there were no abilities at all and with there was no thought about creating finishing moves, that’s why he doesn’t have a finishing move; if he had come out later, he would also have had a finishing move

Well it had an explanation for it self because mythic spectre added before the execution then mythic templar added after they added the execution so they make a mythic operstor with their own execution..(sorry for bad grammar i think)

mythic spectre is a robot with high ass technology and his body is made out of steel unlike mythic templar mythic templar doesn't have a body of steel so he needs to use sheer will of thw sword to execute enemies un like spectre who only need his steel hands to kill a player
