A good technique for any broccoli pasta dishes, is par boil the broccoli first, then use that pot of water to cook the pasta. Just gives the noodles some extra flavor!
Looks good i havent made this with steak in at least three years. Try making this recipe with ground italian sausage hot cajuin chicken and shrimp its worderful.
