For the outlines I use Sakura's Identipen and it goes good on glass so far
It's pretty black and doesn't have the blue tone like the regular Sharpie
Yeah I've seen it around but I can't find it around my area so I use a paint pen (next best thing)

Practice
Practice makes perfect✨
Yknow I hate it when people say practice bc u don’t know where to start bc ppl are just like “practice” well in this case that doesn’t help. So I suggest the first thing you work on is anatomy. Even if you want to have a super cartoony style, you still need to practice anatomy, that’s your first step. When you have anatomy down then practice hands/feet that really helps. When you’ve gotten good at that then practice clothes and folds and creases. Finally after all that practice COLORING AND SHADOWS AND HIGHLIGHTS having them just makes any drawing look better.
Also hair is important to

Posca markers work pretty good for lineart and smaller details. They have a very even and matte coating

The Salura Identi-Pen works pretty well if oil-based sharpies aren't working well for you. Idk if anyone has recommended them to you yet but I am doing so just in case, so sorry if you already know of them. You would have to go over the lines at least twice to make them completely opaque, but in my opinion that is worth it if they work well.

I really love your channel and since then I have tried to draw on acrylic too!! Since we're on the same country (Indonesia) I guess we couldn't find a fine tip marker that works like sharpie's oil based marker and the tip of the sharpie's it self is really thick. Maybe you can try using Snowman Paint Extra Fine Point Marker and it really helps me a lot!! You should try it too~ I hope this can help your line art in the future and try using it too in the next video

@@jesslynjosephine5761 Hi! I haven't tried it before. I used to use sharpie fine tip marker to line art but the line itself smudge so easily when the paint is applied. I used some random DVD's marker too but its not that opaque. I really like using Snowman Paint for now, maybe I should try Joyko for my next project, thanks for the recommendations~
I never tried joyko too, but it is a must to use oil based marker? What type of snowman do use? Because I just use snowman too but it smudge too
