I told Bazz he should start a RUclips channel. If he kept at it he could do pretty good on here. He is a good speaker and he really got the crowd going with his enthusiasm and energy. That was an epic interview!
I agree with you and I told him that when I meet him in Thomasville ga. All he could do was talk about how Shoestring made him almost famous. Shoestring left some for him to do. That's Shoestring he had a way to help but encouraging others to do more.
I met Shabbat in Evansville Indiana and had a lovely roadside interaction with him. I gave him some supplies, wet wipes, water, tuna, and a copy of ROCK CANDY MOUNTAIN. A great comic book about train hoppin hobos and a man running from the devil to find a back door into heaven, heaven for sinners aka rock candy mountain. Glad to have stumbled into such a raw unique individual with a kind heart and a mesmerizing presence with his hand crafted outfit. Like a train hopping jack sparrow.
A train hopping Jack Sparrow....good description of Bazz. We both enjoyed our time visiting with him and seeing him in his element. A kind and generous hobo.
Thank You Rick. This interview was Tops. Bazz is a real cool guy, man of faith and a gentle soul. Very interesting. Rick, you are a Natural with anything you deliver and share with us. NICE. God Bless.
An excellent interview! His quote of giving effortless forgiveness and unconditional love unconditionally was the vision of Seneca Family of Agencies where I was a teacher for children whom experienced traumatic stress disorders. Many had been raised in the foster care system or experienced abuse all resulting in behavioral issues. Since the public schools were not equipped to handle such behaviors they were sent to us. Bazz through such wisdom we were able to see them get a complete education. More people need to follow that way of thinking.
Hi Megs, thanks for that insight. Bazz is what he says and just a great guy to be around. I think the hobo community is a prime example of being nonjudgmental.
When I was small my dad would ask me what I wanted to be. I always told him I wanted to be a hobo. 60 years later I still want to be a hobo but I've decided it's best with a steady income and an RV. Good interview.
That was a real good interview my friend, people should be more nonjudgmental and friendly towards others. Like they always say don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Take care
I saw Baz on shoestrings channel & thought he was so cool! I love his hat & his jeans! What a great guy. I am so glad you won! I'd love a go at freight hopping but I am from the UNITED KINGDOM. Stay safe Baz.
Again, these interviews are very interesting. My brother was a "Free Spirited" person that found his way of dealing with life by living alone and creating ornate, carved canes. He was eventually knowed as "The Cane Man". Thanks again for bringing light to these individuals so we aren't so quik to be judgmental when meeting them!
I seen a hobo on a train in Redding California on my way to work I swear to it was like seeing a unicorn . A buddy at work seen him too and we talked about it .
You can't help but feel boatloads of sympathy for Bazz, considering all he went through in his life thus far. If riding the rails is what gives him peace of mind and makes him feel like a whole person, then who are we to judge? God bless Bazz, Shoestring, and all the other hobos out there.
Hobo life is a hard life. Learn yourself because you spend so much time with you. How is the transmission coming? Thanks for another great start to another week.
Travel in any mode is good for the soul! Thanks for sharing this interview. Glad he didn’t lose any toes or fingers. Seems like a good Hobo King. Be careful out there.
What a great guy. He is one of many in the situation he ended up in and I am happy he actually took this lifestyle simply because it proves to find yourself again. The point, find yourself and love yourself, and move on. God has a plan and we or still right here and he is not done, right? Funny, I was actually on the phone with a old friend that I have talked to in over 15 years. The main closing topic was not to judge but show respect and kindness. Great video.
Bass man just seen King hobo 2021. The right choice of King hobo. Hopefully see you and shoestring on the rails. But right now I'm in a relationship. Rode freight in late eighties. But I have a wandering spirit to ride again. I'm a green horn again. Never really rode long in the late eighties. Bass a hobo King. Congrats.
True story about this character, he pulled a knife on someone who was a friend, that was helping me survive being homeless, Shabazz held it to their throat in a tent, I don't know why, i was outside and totally uninvolved, was mentally ill, just camping nearby the ruckus.... this dude took off into the swamp woods in the dead of night before the police arrived(I didn't call;) ) out in Savannah Georgia, around Sept 2015. Happened in small hobo camp in the woods behind a church. Dangerous guy... wouldn't wanna hang anywhere remote with him for long. Look out, folks. Not such a cool cat in the wild.
This was a great interview. Bazz is a nice guy. I’m wondering, how do all those hobos there get out of town when this is over? I would think the Bulls would be checking ever car leaving that town. Probability not. I’m sure most of them turn their heads and make believe they don’t see them. I hope you and Linda are able to get your transmission fixed.
Bazz seems like a nice guy, but he hasn't earned his stripes yet,...only been riding for 10yrs. The 2021 honors should've went to the 30yr veteran, Hobo Shoestring.
Bazz really should start posting videos on here. Without a doubt, he would be very successful and generate a pretty comfortable income. Though, something tells me he may not want all the attention and exposure that comes with it as it could very well conflict with his spiritual journey. I wish him all the best.
Unique and valuable content, Rick -- thanks! But your viewers should appreciate that while kings and queens may come and go, there will only ever be one Emperor of the North Pole . . .
Hi guys! I hit the wrong button and sent a request for $10! Hahaha. Disregard. I followed up with the right button. I would like a sticker, please. I couldn’t tell if the sticker was automatically ordered with the link or not. I did include my name and address. Keep the change. Keep up the great videos!!
There were a lot more of the younger folks there and that influenced the vote over to Baz. Baz is a good guy though and tries to help others, but I also thought that it was Shoestrings time for the honor.
Shoestring has departed this earth now and I hope that Bazz carries on the tradition of hobo traveling!!!!
Had it all, lost it all, and found redemption in Christ and riding the rails. What an amazing life story! I hope we hear from him again soon.
I told Bazz he should start a RUclips channel. If he kept at it he could do pretty good on here. He is a good speaker and he really got the crowd going with his enthusiasm and energy. That was an epic interview!

that would be so cool, i would watch besides you, shoe string and then him... love you guys.. safe travels
Well, this explains why I cannot find Bazz’s channel lol. BTW I love your channel too @JawTooth.
100%
I was just going to ask, “where is his RUclips channel”. Somehow, someway, I found Shoestrings channel, and I am fascinated!

Shoestring always my favorite
Thank You Rick. This interview was Tops. Bazz is a real cool guy, man of faith and a gentle soul. Very interesting. Rick, you are a Natural with anything you deliver and share with us. NICE. God Bless.
Bazz seems like a genuinely good man. Glad he has a relationship with Jesus. It would be great to sit down and chat with him one day.
Bazz is a good dude, humble and one of a kind. I lived with him for almost a year in Buffalo NY and he left such a good impression.
What a cool, genuine, nice guy. Congratulations to the Hobo King!
Hi, sweetheart! We sure met some wonderful people there and made new friends.
I just met you today Bazz and I think you are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING BAZZ
LOVE AND LIGHT 💚💚💚
This was a great interview with Bazz.
👍👍 Practice non judgement! Good interview.

What a beautiful soul Bazz is. I enjoyed listening to his story.
Very good interview. Bazz has a great heart.
What a wonderful, charismatic, benevolent, young man and hobo. You sir, are an excellent interviewer, also.
You described Bazz to a T!
Way cool interview thank you
Should have been Shoestring. He's been doing it much longer than Bazz has.
Glad Bazz got his life back on track, sorry for the pun.
Another great interview . Thanks for all you and Linda do

Absolutely amazing interview!
Congrats Bazzman ! You and Shoestring both deserved it. Happy for you bro 👍
It was really close. I hope Shoestring runs again next year. They are both top notch
Enjoyable to listen to him.

Excellent interview!! We follow your channel and this was the best!! Thank you for sharing! Pat & Pat
There's more coming with people we met at the Hobo Convention, so watch for those!
You can't help but feel boatloads of sympathy for Bazz, considering all he went through in his life thus far. If riding the rails is what gives him peace of mind and makes him feel like a whole person, then who are we to judge? God bless Bazz, Shoestring, and all the other hobos out there.
Awesome interview I can only hope he uploads these adventures of his one day!
Hobo life is a hard life. Learn yourself because you spend so much time with you.
How is the transmission coming?
Thanks for another great start to another week.
Fixed. Whew. New solenoids and we have all gears.
@@gonagain .... What took so long?????
I had no doubt.
Great interview Rick!
By the way, living and working at Campgrounds we see a lot of people who travel heavy, really really heavy! LOL
JT
These characters are interesting. Thanks for doing these interviews.
One day i hope to meet this brother. He seems like my brother from another mother
Travel in any mode is good for the soul! Thanks for sharing this interview. Glad he didn’t lose any toes or fingers. Seems like a good Hobo King. Be careful out there.
An inspiring story of perseverance and resilience. A very heart warming and down to earth interview...thank you.
Very inspiring. Most people hear the word "hobo" and think otherwise.
What a great guy. He is one of many in the situation he ended up in and I am happy he actually took this lifestyle simply because it proves to find yourself again. The point, find yourself and love yourself, and move on. God has a plan and we or still right here and he is not done, right? Great message that Bazz shares with us all. Thanks for watching!
Bazz is a damn good dude.
Yes he is.
Wishing you all who are chasing your dreams a life that is fulfilling and safe travels..
God bless and love always
For all the nomads out there, thank you, Jeffery.
Very impressed. Thank you Rick & Linda. May God bless you both as well as Bazz & his community 🙏🙏🙋
Thank you. And they are a community, a very generous and caring community.
Very interesting!
Thanks for sharing the Nomadic insights, congratulations to Bazz. ❤️
Living history.
Really wanted shoestring to win it. But I don't think anyone deserves it more than Bazzman
Solid dude ✌️. Good interview 👍
Buzz is one amazing man. God Bless!
Wow, very interesting. I had no idea folks rode the trains for a living like this. Thanks for sharing! Be safe!
Sorry Shoestring will always be my King.
Sadly, The hobo convention went woke.

I hope you got to port with that transmission and that the problem was a simple sending or receiving sensor.
It ws the solenoids. Replaced them in camp...watch the next video. Thanks for sticking with us.
Great interview, Rick! There are other "cultures" out there! (family)
Bazz is cool. Ride on man!
Thank you, George. Some of the hobos will hitch hike or catch a ride with a friend to get out of town.
I actually was a F.B friend with him like 5 years ago , he runs like 2 F.B groups really nice dude
He's very pleasant and intelligent too.
Jesus puts you behind the wheel, he is the driving instructor.
Really beautiful video 🌿
Bazz is a hobo you don’t have to fear, he seems very approachable. Has shoestring ever been hobo king?
Just seen him in Fridley,Mn.
Hey Bazz.
Dat's a viral one, right dere!
What a nice guy!
Bazz is a very caring and generous person. Glad we met him and heard some of his stories.
Seen Bazz today in Evansville ♥️ really good guy, kids gave him sum money and a drink ♥️
We sure enjoyed meeting and talking to him. Great guy.
Love this! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Sooner Girl. There's a couple more videos coming with people we met at the Hobo Convention.
Unique and valuable content, Rick -- thanks! But your viewers should appreciate that while kings and queens may come and go, there will only ever be one Emperor of the North Pole . . .
Did I miss the fix on the Broken Transmission?
Not yet, we have an update we're trying to get out today.
I can't find Bazz on RUclips what's he under ?
He doesn't have a RUclips channel, imagine that!
Hi guys! I hit the wrong button and sent a request for $10! Hahaha. Disregard. I followed up with the right button. I would like a sticker, please. I couldn’t tell if the sticker was automatically ordered with the link or not. I did include my name and address. Keep the change. Keep up the great videos!!
Thanks, Nancy! I hope you get your sticker soon, we put it in the mail yesterday.
What happened with the transmission???
Fixed! New solenoiid
Oops...new solenoids and we're good.
@@gonagain Awesome!!
Shoestring should have won! Bazz has that home guard look about him.
👍😊
I knew Iowa Blackie.
Don't say that I'm moving to Montana
Shoestring was robbed
There were a lot more of the younger folks there and that influenced the vote over to Baz. Baz is a good guy though and tries to help others, but I also thought that it was Shoestrings time for the honor.
